Wonderful crew to work with. The work was completed promptly and the owner of the company was there daily working with his crew. They also moved our excess dirt to our neighbors who needed the dirt for a wash out trouble area that they had. (at no charge to them!)

They put sod and a watering system in for me about 3 years ago and I give them an A rating.

We had communications problems early on. Foolishly hoping the situation would improve once work started, we proceeded. Communications didn't improve. We had to ask multiple times for the materials we needed to make our application to the HOA. Once work started, they worked for 3 days and poured the concrete. The finish was very poor and inconsistent and the slab didn't have the proper grade to drain rainwater away from the house. Don said he would look at it but never came. There was a day of rain then they didn't show up for 8 days. We got a call on a Thursday that they would be out on that Friday but they never showed.

This was the final straw. We called Don and told him we didn't want him to continue. He was surprised and understandably not happy with our decision. He offered to tear out and replace the slab but we were done. We negotiated a dollar amount to be refunded from our initial deposit. Don was very professional about this. He said he was sorry we were unhappy and we had a check delivered to our door by noon of the the same day.

If you use this company be aware that Don has multiple companies and doesn't seem to be able to focus adequately on them all at the same time.

We felt they provided excellent service.

I am very happy. There were a couple of problems along the way, so Don immediately came out and worked with the crew to accomplish what needed to be done. I had lighting previously so he was able to reuse some of my equipment which saved us money. I wanted the lights to hit the house so it would be a little more light. They returned the next night to do that. Also after a few days they returned to re-explain how to program the transformer clock. While they had to return, I wasn't unhappy about it. They originally set the lights in daylight so they had told me they would return if I wanted it set differently.
