Description of Work: I hired Mr. Packham to assemble a porch swing and hang it (the chains came with the swing), remove the old swing and packing material. He was very professional, courteous, well-groomed, and did a great job. One of the reasons I chose him was because his business is about seven miles from us and, as a result, it would take little time to get to my home and he would not use much gasoline. I just feel like a $120.00 was a lot to charge for such a small job. That is my ONLY complaint. Other than that, I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Craig repaired a wood fence door. He replaced light bulbs in track lighting and fans. These are a bit complicated to replace, but he did a good job. He also cleaned the fans, replaced filters, etc in a high ceiling house. He was very clean and thorough. I would use him again and recommend him.
