"Hi [member name removed], I am truly sorry to hear that we have lost your business. We strive very hard in providing quality service at a reasonable price. After reading your review, I can clearly see where we went wrong. The pool opening invoice we provided you was vague and did not clearly state "why" we added certain chemicals to the pool. The work order with the technicians remarks, where not completely transferred to your invoice. Had this been done, it would have explained the billing more clearly. I can assure you that nothing was added to the pool that should not have been added. The work order states that the technician spoke with you and the pool condition upon leaving your home was crystal clear. Back in 2009 your opening cost was $372.42 and the same chemicals were added. Periodically your pool, which uses a chlorine generator (salt) to generate its own chlorine, will require Calcium hardness increaser and Cyanuric acid (stabilizer). Someone who does not have a chlorine generator (salt), uses stabilized chlorine tabs which have a form of cyanuric acid already in them and calcium hypochlorite to shock the pool which uses calcium as a binder. Your pool loses these chemicals every time you backwash the filter, swimmers exiting the pool, or splashing water out of the pool. The chemicals eventually need to be replenished and we tend to do so during an opening and not a closing. The closing and opening rate of $285 has not change in the 7 years that you have been with us. However, the chemicals and materials to open or close a pool will be inconsistent every year. In conclusion, I sincerely hope this helps. You have been a great customer since 2008 and I would have hoped that you would have felt more comfortable to call and question any service or invoice that we provided. We take your feed back seriously and will do better in our invoicing in the future. Thank you for the past 7 years and wish the very best to you and your family. Sincerely, Brad Stewart, President"
His design and suggestions on the layout were great.
Other than weather delays they were very timely. Brad the owner was on site regularly to monitor quality and progress of the work. After the installation was complete they promptly responded to any questions my wife had trying to operate the the equipment.
Everyone was very helpfull and polite before the sale, during construction and after completion.
