He attempted to install our home theater projector a few days after Christmas but was incapable of completing the job. He promised to look into the problem and return the following week. He did not return as scheduled and after several attempts to contact him, he attempted once again to program the remote but could not. He disappeared again not returning our calls/emails until late January. He admitted he was incapable of completing the task. He then agreed to cover the costs of hiring another technician (he knew) to finish the job. It turned out the technician he sub contracted was not being reimbursed and was also incompetent. We are now stuck with an unfinished theater room and will have to pay a true professional to finish the job. We asked for a refund for the work he couldn't do and he refused. He is very unprofessional, incompetent and he yelled at my wife. This process began on December 30th 2011 and finally ended (without the job being completed and him keeping our money) on February 14th, 2012.
