Description of Work: Remodeling Source gutted our bathroom and replaced all finishes and features. They did a great job and completed the work on time. They were very good at collaborating and provided some great ideas. Steve and his team are great.

Description of Work: Not enough attention to detail. I had to point out several issues. Work was sloppy. It got to the point that I just wanted them done and out of our house so I could fix some mistakes.

Description of Work: They put on an addition onto our house that included laundry facilities as well as a bathroom. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Install new vanity top in bathroom , hook up plumbing ,order and had install new showers doors, side wall, and shower valve trim kit. Replaced several electric switches and outlets in the house. Replaced some boards on deck. Replaced kitchen sink faucet. Reseat master bathroom toilet. Adjust front door threshold to meet seal. Everything was done in one day. Steve pick the vanity up at home depot and brought 3 workers to do the work. The showers were prior to this day.

Description of Work: I had some water damage in a basement half bath. They rebuilt the bathroom, adding a shower as well as the associated concrete removal and sewer work. They also applied dry wall to my entire ceiling in the basement, rerouted some unused plumbing and added electric service and lighting. Scheduling was the only fly in the ointment but I believe there were some unusual circumstances that caused that issue.

Description of Work: Got an estimate to finish a very large basement. Provider was on time, courteous and provided us with a plan and estimate of cost. We did not finish the basement due to circumstances unrelated to the provider's services.

Description of Work: I used their services for a big deal for a professional painter for a day.

Description of Work: They painted the interior of my home.

Description of Work: Called Steve to give an estimate on painting my great room (three walls), dining room, hall to bedroom, kitchen and large hearth room. Lots of trim painting needed to be done as well. He came out the day I call (Saturday) gave me the estimate on the spot. Said he could start work on the 30th. We hired him. Steve called to say he could start early on the 26th and have it done by the 28th. His brother in law Michael did the actual painting which was delivered by Erin, Steve's wife. The paint had to match what was on the wall and she did an amazing job of matching it. Michael was here every morning at exactly the time he stated he would be here. He was spotlessly clean about his work, not a drop or spatter was to be found. He finished right on time. We very gracious and friendly. We will be very happy to work with this team again. Description of Work: Your Remodeling Source finished my basement. Steve Zahner worked with me throughout the entire process to ensure that we got what we wanted. In the design phase, he drew out a few different options incorporating the items we wanted, taking the closed entrance to the basement and opening it up with a banister, a bar area with a build in bar and counter area behind the bar. A full bathroom, two large storage closets and a large finished open area for our family to be together, watching TV, playing games, etc. We also wanted the area between the closets to look like the landing area where the wall was brought out a bit that leaves a shelf area. Steve was extremely helpful with ideas on how things would look.

Description of Work: Zahner Homes Remodeling Source gave me an estimate for finishing a basement.

Description of Work: Install new tile floor in kitchen, including lifting and reinstalling existing cabinets. Tiles were installed diagonally following a special pattern.

Description of Work: Painted Family Room, Vaulted Ceiling (including ceiling of Library/Loft on second floor), Entry Foyer and Stairway Wall (up to and including second floor). Painted floor trim and stairway trim.

Description of Work: I hired Zahner Homes to paint the entire interior of my home. They painted all of the walls, trim, and woodwork. They also painted ceilings and doors.

Description of Work: Steve painted several rooms in our home. He also repaired many cracks where the house had settled over time. He repainted the ceiling in one room and touched-up many other walls to make them all look new. Steve also regrouted a section of our shower and gave some helpful advice to maintain the finish.
