Air Rescue

I have an apartment building and I actually have four heating and air conditioning units. I bought a service agreement through him and so I didn't owe him anything. But he does offer service agreement, so for anybody that means something too, that's a plus, because not everybody does that. He's A's on all the aspects, I continue to use him, he replies back, at any hour of the day or night, I've never not been able to get a hold of him on the first call.

He offers a service agreement contract, I suggest getting it! He is very responsive, I was able to reach him on the first call.

Great, Pat came when no one else would confirm service until late on a hot day. He told me he was on his way to a call and would call me when he finished and let me know he was on his way. And here's the exciting part...he actually followed through on what he said! Pat called , was at my office in a short time and fixed the broken belt on my unit in quick fashion. I have had another long term provider for preventative maintenance who wanted to argue over an open invoice from months ago before they would even come out. I think I have found my new provider.
