Pro Basement

Larry came out and quoted us on our insulation needs and explained in detail what was needed and why it was needed. Most companies just tell you what you need without ever explaining why. We also had some odds and ends with an attic fan replacement and a ceiling fan that needed to be installed which they also could do. Even though their name specifies basements, they can do about anything. Once the project started, it was 100 degrees outside and I was afraid that with the heat they would rush through the situations, but they did the job to perfection and were absolutely great to work with. I would recommend them to everyone and for everything

Scope of project was to knock down a wall in our basement to double the capacity of the finished area. One portion of the basement was re-modelled into an Entertainment area and the other portion was re-modelled into a state-of-the-art home gym, including a commercial-grade rubber gym floor. Larry with Pro Basements did a great job helping us design the layout and provided great consultation on options. Once work started, we made several changes to the original project scope, including installing in-wall speakers, hanging TVs and painting the basement. Pro Basements was very flexible in making the changes and charged a fair price! :)

They did everything that was contracted for, and did it on time as they stated they would. The workers were cordial and neat. Any problems that arose during the basement remodel were taken care of promptly. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Ray is a great guy to work with. He did an excellent job and I never felt like he was trying to get me to spend money that I didn't need to.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and the overall attention of the crew. When ever there was a problem everyone worked on it till it got resolved. The crew was very polite, cleaned up at the end of the day and were very trust worthy.

Job was well done, Workers were nice and respectful. Did not leave a mess anywhere from crawlspace insulation. However, when I think back on the project, I think I was overcharged. Should have stuck with my intentions and got other estimates. $1750.00 seems a bit exorbitant for insulation and labor, considering the cost of materials.

Price was competitive. Larry (owner) was responsive to all concerns and readily accessable. All of the workers were professional and friendly.

They work hard and efficiently. We had some minor communication problems that were resolved and we trusted the end result. Clean up could have been better but would consider using their services again.

Quick turn around from quote to finished. Blown insulation into attic, $1.00 per square foot, can't beat it.

I felt that the supv, Ray, was very good. The guy he first brought with him from the office side I didn't think much of. Too much like a salesmen. They did the job quickly and neatly. Although I had to make a phone call 2 days later to get them back out to take up their plastic on the steps and tile, hook up washer and dryer again and clean up a little more down there. There was a mis- communication between themselves about getting this done and they responded quickly. Overall I was very pleased with the work and the people that did the work.

We knew exactly what we wanted done in our basement and this company was willing to work with that. Our basement was finished for years but incurred significant water damage and we wanted a bare bones replacement utilizing as much of the existing structure as possible. Pro Basement did this at a reasonable cost. Paul did excellent work and was very pleasant to work with.

everything went well, they did what they said they would do. only thing they haven't done yet is clean up the mess. they left the basement dirty, didn't sweep up or put switches back on walls. hopefully they will return to do so. but overall they were great.
