I’m ecstatic to have the burden of a wet basement lifted. The whole process of meeting with Jared, coming up with a plan and getting it done was seamless. I had a disaster of a basement and he made me feel comfortable about how it could be made much better. He is a master problem solver and just what I needed. The crew of Lee, Camryn and Joshua finished the job today. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process took. They were professional yet kind and personable. There were lots of smiles so I think they really like their job. They answered all my questions and left the space much, much better than they found it. I am so grateful. I cannot say enough about this team and I highly recommend.

Cole J knew exactly what he was doing and I have 100 percent confidence my basement walls are dry and secure. And I have a warranty to back it up! And when they left my basement was as clean as it was when they arrived. Give them a call for a free inspection and ask for Cole! Thank you Foundation Recovery Services!

Description of Work: FRS was very helpful throughout the estimation, installation and follow up. They worked hard and answered every question to make sure I was comfortable with the end product. They were also considerate to my neighbors. Overall, while no one wants to deal with a bad foundation, they did it expertly.

Description of Work: They came out and did an inspection on the foundation of a house we were looking to buy and gave us an estimate. It was much less than what we were expecting. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't end up buying the house of having the services performed.

Description of Work: FRS provided an assessment of what was causing water to enter our basement. They provided a solution (polystyrene-like injection) which helped the problem but did not solve it. When I asked for someone to re-evaluate the job and provide follow-up service, FRS was extremely slow to respond. | |They were quick to do the initial evaluation, quick to schedule me for service and quick to cash my check, but slow to follow up and reluctant to provide a permanent solution.

Description of Work: I called Foundation Recovery for an estimate on a small portion of our driveway that had sunk slightly. The Foundation Rep. was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his honesty regarding the problem & how best to repair it. Although we did not contract for their services, it had only to do with the fact the area we needed repaired would have been cost prohibitive with their minimal delivery loads and there were better cost effective alternatives.
