Found an valve left open from last season's winterization by another provider.

It was very good. We never had any problems since they’ve done the job. They made a proposal to solve our problem and they implemented it and we were very happy. I would recommend them. They had to move rocks in a dry creek bed and some of them weren’t put back the way I would have wanted but other than that, the drainage was fine. The price was pretty expensive but they did what they promised and solved our problems.

The man who came was very pleasant . Since he wasn't familiar with our system and neither am I he figured it out without a problem.

Project went very well from start to finish. Jonathon was very good at communicating his design plan and ensuring that work was completed exactly as described. His crew were pleasant and prompt. A few minor corrections were made quickly and effectively. We were very pleased and would recommend them. Price was a bit higher than some, but worth it.

It was fantastic. Bob provided amazing customer service, he was extremely responsive, easy to work with and punctual. The work was completed on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations. He returned on a number of occasions to check up on the work and address any issues we identified. He even let my 3 year old bother him and entertained him with some videos of turtles he had at his pond. I really can't say enough about Bob and his team, I highly recommend them for your water feature and landscape lighting needs.

A couple stations would turn on and not turn off. I was leaving for vacation and needed to have the issues fixed. I called the company that installed my system 8 years ago,who have also been servicing the system since, as well as the system at another home. I called them to let them know it was an emergency and that I needed it done before leaving. I advised of the time I needed it done and after some discussion they advised they were unable to accommodate. I called Green Turf and explained the situation and even though I have never worked them before, they were very accommodating and said they would have someone out the Wednesday before I was leaving. They were thorough and got everything up and running correctly. I was having trouble adjusting the seasonal adjustment. I called the company and the sales manager spent 20 minutes on the phone with me walking through the adjustment. They went above and beyond for me and have great customer service. I am really satisfied.

They are prompt, professional, and fair in their price.

They always do a good job and are reasonably priced.

I was having problems of getting anyone to come out and give me a bid on this job because it was not a huge job. So I went to Angie's List and found Green Turf. They were busy, I first contacted them in June. It took them a couple of weeks before they could come out and take a look at the job. When they came out, they were on time and professional. They gave me a bid and we agreed that they would do the job. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with the schedule so things got backed up and it took longer to get on their schedule than anticipated. The job was suppose to be completed in July but it did not get done until August. The only complaint that I have with them is that they did not do a good job of keeping me informed of the delays. I had to call and find out the status. This is why I gave them a B rather than an A.

They're really good & effective. They come out when you call; they're very responsive. They're a little more on the costly side but they're worth it.

We love working with them. I've had other services and I know their pricing is good.

Appointments for bidding and work were on time and we were completely satisfied with the installation.

They were able to fit me in the very next day and replace the broken sprinkler head.

We had Green Turf install our sprinkler system. We had a large system installed. The initial layout and work was done satisfactorily. However, they didn't follow up on the system. As it turns out, one of the solenoids broke and an entire zone was out during the drought. I emailed Joe Cortopassi at the company but never heard back. (he had received my emails just fine before the bill was paid) I finally called in another vendor to fix the system. UPDATED After the poor review, Green Turf contacted me to help rectify inadequacies in the system. They did a very nice job getting the system working properly again. Thank you, Joe Cortopassi, for following up and making our system work well again!

Chris arrived promptly and was very personable and professional. He walked the yard with us and then measured our yard.Green Turf's estimate was higher than other estimates, so we chose another firm. Only the price kept us from using this company!

Will never use this company ! Sales Rep was very unfriendly and in a hurry ! He was not responsive to our knowledgeable questions we asked. Was determined to sell us a system by a manufacturer we were not interested in!! But in the end the Contract we received was for the system brand we requested.He made the comment that " we only sell a few systems out here" We live in Wildwood.At this point we decided that we would not do business with this company.Even though this company has a very good rating with ANGIE's LIST we would never use them or recommend to anyone else.We were totally disappointed in this experience.HIGHEST estimate by any of the 5 we received. Estimate varied $2,000 from other estimates. All the others were within $500 of each other. We compared the same system,same type of heads etc and truely compared "apples to apples". TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED !

I call them if I have any problems. They come out right away and are very helpful.

Originally this company installed underground sprinkler system. Overall experience was very good. Used this company for several years post installation for irrigation services. Prompt, professional. Technicians go to work quickly. Price for service is a bit more than others. No Only a few minor gripes. Technician could have went over and beyond for a few seconds work which would have saved me time during setup each spring although nothing major.

I sent an email to this company and Chris responded the very same day. We set up a meeting and he was on time and very professional. Chris explained what he was proposing and was very informative. The proposal was very detailed and explained exactly what they would do. While we did not use this company, I would not hesitate to call on them for future projects. Very satisfied.

I contacted Green Turf for a recommendation to a gutter downspout runoff problem. The discharge was causing soil erosion. Green Turf was very reliable for the estimation, install & follow-up. Chris met me for the initial evaluation at the agreed time. He made a recommendation to install a drain for each downspout. He sent sent a proposal soon after our meeting. The proposal did not have a start or completed-by date. I called Chris and we agreed on Nov. 30th as a to-be-completed date. The installation was done Nov. 15th. Chris came out for a work scope review with me and the installers to make sure the job was done right (good practice). I asked Chris what the turf would look like after the install. He said they try to minimize the amount of turf damage. The installers did an excellent job installing the drains and , most remarkably, the turf appears nearly undisturbed. This is really something considering the large trenches dug for the drain pipes. Chris said someone will be back in the spring to seed any thin/bare spots in the turf. Also there was a bit of soil left over and the installers put it where I asked. When the installers finished I reviewed the work before they left- BEAUTIFUL JOB! Chris came out the day after the install to review the work as well as my opinion. VERY SATISFIED! Green Turf sent me a drawing of the installation. My experience with contractors has not always been this smooth. GREEN TURF EARNS AN A+.

Noticed a leak in one zone of our irrigation system. I couldn't figure out how to turn system off after opening control box and switching to off. Very helpful over the phone to guide me in turning system off from main faucet. Although I had to wait about 4 days for repair it was done well. We had a corroded part which was replaced. I was shown the part for verification. They charge $84.00 an hour plus parts. HAHA, parts were only &19.00. Overall, I was very pleased with repair. I plan on scheduling them for winterization of system.

They were punctual and seemed to know what they were doing. The only complaint I have is that the guy doing the service on my sprinkler system was using a huge screwdriver to adjust the sprinklers. This ruined the seals on the sprinklers. Now dirt can get into the adjustment system.

Fixed a leak on zone 8, tap in line undetermined. Cut out leak, inserted coupling and tested; worked fine. Replaced soil and grass almost like new and reseeded. Replaced and moved a sprinkler in zone 6 that was not high enough and not effectively covering bed when sprinkling. Dug the trench, removed the head, extended the hose to new location, 3 feet or so and installed the taller, new head. Tested the line, worked fine, recovered the line and spread the much over the area disturbed. Replaced another head in the same bed and same zone with taller sprinkler head. Tested the coverage of both heads and they both performed as anticipated. Dug up and re-installed a head in zone 10 that had developed a settling lean toward my porch, water all over the porch when I ran this zone. Set the sprinkler and re-covered and re-mullched. Tested and the spray was as anticipated. Replaced a sprinkler head in zone 4 that was too short for the intended area. Dug hole, replaced sprinkler and re-covered the hole and grass to look almost like new. Tested the new head and worked as anticipated.

The price was what I thought it would be. They showed up and went to the backyard. They looked at things and sent me the estimate by e-mail. It was a pretty short experience. There wasn?t a lot of interaction. They were good to deal with. They were easy to schedule. I didn?t have any complaints. I ended up not doing the project at all. Their responsiveness and punctuality were both good. I would probably consider using their services in the future.

Got estimates from two different preferred companies. Green Turf's quote was not only lower but they were offering to do slightly more work. Job was completed in a neat and professional manner with no issues.
