This was, by far, my best car purchase experience! It started with my salesperson, Ty, who the Internet salesperson. I was looking for a specific make and model, but when I approached them they didn't have cars that met my needs. One of the great services they offer is that the Acura and Lexus dealerships are next door to one another and the sales personnel are cross trained to assist with either car type.  Ty and one of the managers, Tony, actually searched other locations and found a car with all of the specifications on my wish list. They brought the car to the dealership with the sole intent to see if I was interested in purchasing it. The professionalism and courtesy of all the staff was impressive. No one was pushy and everyone spoke of the Mungenast way of working with clients. They actually made finding a late model used car a pleasurable experience! I worked with sales personnel at other local dealerships and found them to be no where near as responsive. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Acura or Lexus.

Bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and had great experience both times. No pressure at all. Service department is competent and attempts to always keep you informed of what is going on. Upon coming to service department for service or warrenty work (which is few) they always welcome me personally by my last name. Any time I have a problem or question, they approach it in a professional manor and work with me on services that are unexpected. Always provide me with a loaner car when needed. After my warrenty is up (which is at the end of 2013) I will continue to return to St. Louis Acura for service. Work my not always be perfect the first time, but they follow up with you and are always willing to help make it right. To me that's more important.

Going back to dealership since purchase of vehicle. Everyone has been friendly and upfront as well as keeping me informed of what is going on with my vehicle. Price is much more than what I can receive else where although there are experienced technicians here plus ease. I work on my vehicle myself if time permits otherwise I overly trust St. Louis Acura. Lately however, I have had some issues. On concerns, I have either told the technician my request and unfortunately if you don't keep up with him/her, the work was not done. Seems like advisers are always in a rush. I have not felt the individual/adviser importance lately. Also left message on adviser answering with no response back. Even when customer service who calls days later after service, I have mentioned that and I had not had any response back regarding issue. This just has started to happen. I hope this changes.

Disappointed that the transmission had to be replaced at only 90,000. The dealership did step up and help me get a supplement from Acura (apx. $1,500) since the actual replacement would of been closer to $4,500. The process took a couple of days and they supplied me a nice loaner too. I found them to be diligent, courteous and very professional. I will go back to them. Hopefully not for another transmission but I have a 3 year warranty on this one.

I was surprised that they still covered it under warranty, since my car is a 2004. They do a great job. I know that when I take my cars in here they are going to treat me right and do a good job. We have purchased cars and had them serviced here. Both sides are outstanding.

Price wise, I don't think my car price was great. I would never recommend the car salesman aspect, but that's what their job is. As far as the service department, they are very polite, they stick to the time frame they say and I think the department is great.

The mechanics there are very skilled and knowledgeable and I trust them to be honest with what needs to be done with my car. The people are very helpful and friendly and my only complaint would be that they are a little pricey.
