It's been routine lately. I've been going to them exclusively for thirteen years. It takes an hour to complete the work. The workers are very helpful. They give me a checklist of things they have done that they show me.

We bought the car there in July or August of 2006 and we have been taking it back there for all the services. They treat us real well.

This was, by far, my best car purchase experience! It started with my salesperson, Ty, who the Internet salesperson. I was looking for a specific make and model, but when I approached them they didn't have cars that met my needs. One of the great services they offer is that the Acura and Lexus dealerships are next door to one another and the sales personnel are cross trained to assist with either car type. Ty and one of the managers, Tony, actually searched other locations and found a car with all of the specifications on my wish list. They brought the car to the dealership with the sole intent to see if I was interested in purchasing it. The professionalism and courtesy of all the staff was impressive. No one was pushy and everyone spoke of the Mungenast way of working with clients. They actually made finding a late model used car a pleasurable experience! I worked with sales personnel at other local dealerships and found them to be no where near as responsive. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Acura or Lexus.

The work on my vehicle was excellent. Appointment was right on time, service provided was excellent and all contacts at this provider location were highly professional. Have used this provider many times for a number of different services and the results have been excellent each and every time.

Bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and had great experience both times. No pressure at all. Service department is competent and attempts to always keep you informed of what is going on. Upon coming to service department for service or warrenty work (which is few) they always welcome me personally by my last name. Any time I have a problem or question, they approach it in a professional manor and work with me on services that are unexpected. Always provide me with a loaner car when needed. After my warrenty is up (which is at the end of 2013) I will continue to return to St. Louis Acura for service. Work my not always be perfect the first time, but they follow up with you and are always willing to help make it right. To me that's more important.

Going back to dealership since purchase of vehicle. Everyone has been friendly and upfront as well as keeping me informed of what is going on with my vehicle. Price is much more than what I can receive else where although there are experienced technicians here plus ease. I work on my vehicle myself if time permits otherwise I overly trust St. Louis Acura. Lately however, I have had some issues. On concerns, I have either told the technician my request and unfortunately if you don't keep up with him/her, the work was not done. Seems like advisers are always in a rush. I have not felt the individual/adviser importance lately. Also left message on adviser answering with no response back. Even when customer service who calls days later after service, I have mentioned that and I had not had any response back regarding issue. This just has started to happen. I hope this changes.

I will continue to use their services for my Acura in the future.

Disappointed that the transmission had to be replaced at only 90,000. The dealership did step up and help me get a supplement from Acura (apx. $1,500) since the actual replacement would of been closer to $4,500. The process took a couple of days and they supplied me a nice loaner too. I found them to be diligent, courteous and very professional. I will go back to them. Hopefully not for another transmission but I have a 3 year warranty on this one.

I was surprised that they still covered it under warranty, since my car is a 2004. They do a great job. I know that when I take my cars in here they are going to treat me right and do a good job. We have purchased cars and had them serviced here. Both sides are outstanding.

Price wise, I don't think my car price was great. I would never recommend the car salesman aspect, but that's what their job is. As far as the service department, they are very polite, they stick to the time frame they say and I think the department is great.

I spoke to the salesman and we agreed on a price. He went to "the back" to talk to the manager and then came back and shook my hand and said "Congratulations, you just bought yourself a car". Then he "had some problem with the numbers." It was typical used-car-salesman behavior. I told him that he needed to get his "numbers" in order. He went back and brought out Jamie the manager. Jamie asked me what the problem was and acted like he didn't know. He told me "all I know is that the salesman came back here with your price and I told him 'No.'" I just stood there with my mouth open. I asked if there was anything he wanted to do to rectify the situation and his response was "all I know is I'm not selling you that car at that price" and then he just stared at me. I laughed, walked out, and went straight to Frank Leta Acura and bought the car that same day. (which they had to get transferred from Mungenast Acura).

The mechanics there are very skilled and knowledgeable and I trust them to be honest with what needs to be done with my car. The people are very helpful and friendly and my only complaint would be that they are a little pricey.

You receive great customer service with them. They are very professional and got the bike rake installed fairly quick and without any problems. I have been taking my vehicles there for over 16 years and have great trust and confidence in their abilities.

I have to say that they are customer service orientated. They do excellent work. I have confidence in what they do and what they recommend to me to have done. They are very nice and cordial. I always get my car back quickly and have never had any complaints with them.

It is a brand new car. I didn t get much of a discount. I bought it when it just came out. They didn t bother you or hassle you. They didn t call you after you visited them. They gave me the keys to the car to drive around. They even offered to lend me the car for the weekend. That's why I bought it. I felt very comfortable and at ease with these people.

My car was broken into and I took my extra keys and had them reprogrammed so that the stolen keys would no longer work on the car. St. Louis Acura was extremely helpful in this time of stress. As usual, they took their time to explain the work being done and did exactly what they said they would do. As a female car owner, I never feel patronized when I take my car in for service.

VERY PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS DEALERS SERVICE OPERATION, AND I WILL RETURN.

THEY HAVE THE HISTORY IN THE COMPUTER. I RELY ON THEM HEAVILY. I CAN ASK QUESTIONS.

THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP BUYING THEIR CARS.
