Premier Fence

As I write this, it's July 18, 2017. On April 20, 2017, Premier Fence gave me a signed estimate with an estimated job date of "the end of May." The end of May came and went with zero contact from Premier Fence. Not one phone call/message, not one email. If Premier Fence called my phone, they didn't leave a message. I emailed to follow up multiple times, and was continually given a reason why it wasn't going to happen "for another couple of weeks." Three months with zero contact is inexcusable, and not a company I'd want to do business with.

The installation was earlier than scheduled because they had an open slot come up and called me to see if they could move me up and I agreed. The installers were on time and professional, and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and walked me down the fence to see if I had any questions. I asked about staining and sealing and received professional advice. I am very happy with this company,

They were supposed to start last week. We signed the contract on 5/19/14. They came out two weeks ago and stated they were on job 47 and that we were job 49 and we would get our fence in the next week and a half. They didn't show up on Monday, 6/23/14, so we called to see where they were, and no one would call us back. We had to call six or seven times before we were able to reach someone. They then said it wouldn't be until the first or second week of July when we would get our fence, but they weren't really sure of a date. We had to submit a written request to our HOA to get permission to do the work. We received permission to have the work done in June, and that will no longer be valid in July. Also, I am pregnant, which they are aware of, and part of this was to have the fence put up so I would not have to take the dog on long walks.

His name was Chris. He is like their service manager. He would come out and manage everything. I had read some really good reviews about him on line. He said he would e-mail me a proposal and a quote and a figure drawing up how much it would cost for the fencing and everything and he never did. He never called me back or anything. He was not very professional. I know that they are outside workers, I understand that. He came out and for lack of a better term he was nasty. He was sweaty. He was an overweight guy wearing a shirt that was too small. He was sweating everywhere. He was picking the bottom of his shirt up and wiping his face off. He was just very gross. He wasn't very professional. He was okay. My husband didn't like him at all.

They did a really good job. I was really happy with them. They were professional. They were prompt and cleaned up well. The fence looks great. I don't have any issues so I'm really happy with their work.

Chris, the sales manager was very easy to work with during the estimate process. The guys who performed the work were on time and very professional. The fence went up very quickly, and when they were done there was no trash left behind. Additionally, there was minimal damage to the yard where they dug the fence posts. At the end of the process, I wasn't thrilled with the basic latches provided with the gates. Chris went out of his way to make sure latches to my liking were installed at no additional cost. Highly recommend this group. They do not have day labor. Dedicated crews work for them so you don't have to worry about who's showing up to your home and when.

Premier Fencing provided a complete free estimate on fencing for our back yard about 1-2 weeks before we started construction. We weren't sure what type of fence we wanted, or the length of perimeter, and Chris their sales rep was very helpful and friendly in explaining it all to us. He also gave his opinions on everything when asked. I followed up later with questions to his phone number, and everything was answered promptly and to my level of detail requested. We contracted Premier Fencing to tear down the adjacent, old shared fence line that bordered with our neighbor, as well as to put up a complete 6 foot privacy fence of our back yard. Chris, the original sales rep, came to the house and worked with another Premiere Fencing employee, Blake, to construct the fence over a 2 day period. They both worked very hard and professionally. It was an organized, planned effort. The result was a beautiful fence at an excellent price. They were also very kind to my neighbor who expressed hesitation with my new fence going up due to the aesthetic change in perception of appearance to their own property. The final product was so beautiful that everybody was happy, including my neighbor as well as the president of the HOA who lives just down the street from my house. I feel confident recommending Premier Fence to all of my friends and acquaintances. They were fantastic in pricing, workmanship, quality of materials, and every other aspect of the the job. They are also a smaller business and I feel like I received extra attention that I would not have otherwise received from another company. They did a great job. They came on time and put up a good fence. I research all the places so I know who does good work. I would give them A's across the board.
