I have been using Amber for several months now for bi-weekly cleaning. Everything has been great! Very responsive when I have a question and flexible when I need to change dates around! It is the best feeling to come home and not have to stress about all that needs done. It gives me more time to enjoy my family through the week and weekends. They do a great job keeping my house clean and all those detail jobs you just dont have the time to do! Her crew is outstanding and she has very reasonable prices. We have been using Amber and her crew for over three years now. We have tried other cleaning companies in the past, and none of them have compared to Amber and her staff. They are all extremely courteous, polite and friendly, professional, show up on time and are flexible to our needs if we need to change days etc. They clean well. They bring their own supplies. If there are any issues with anything whatsoever they are quick to fix the issue. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are wonderful. On 09/12/2016, Amber, owner, was made aware via social media, that I had a terrible experience with another cleaning company. Amber was so appalled by my experience, that she immediately began making scheduling accommodations to fit me in for a cleaning the very next day. She maintained constant communication with me, and was able to provide services as promised. Her staff was amazing. Not only did they pay attention to minor details, when the final detailing person arrived, she re-cleaned some areas just to be sure they were perfect. Amber and her staff completely turned a bad situation around, and left us with a beautifully cleaned home.

Everything went very well, from the first email exchange with Amber then phone call to set up to consult, all went great. She came and met with myself and my wife and went over what to expect at the cleanings, did a walk though with us, provided pricing and references. We were able to get scheduled within 1 week of the consultation. The cleanings have been nothing but amazing. The girls work very hard and definitely aim to please and it shows. Professional. Reliable. On time. And the even send reminders for the appointments!! So great. We've been using them nearly 2 years now. No complaints.

Great!! Amber explained everything from start to finish about what to expect and how to plan for them to come and clean. Amber and her crew is professional, courteous, and friendly. They outdid themselves at the deep clean and every cleaning since then. They do wonderful work! They follow up after the cleanings and if we need anything focused on more they make a note of it for next time. All in all extremely pleased!

Amber is incredibly professional and she provides an awesome team to clean your home. My first visit was a deep clean, and I was incredibly impressed. They literally cleaned every nook and cranny of my home, there was not a speck of dust to be found, and it smelled amazing and everything shined clean. I then went to monthly cleanings for the past six months, and the employees always showed up on time, and ready to get to work. Very attention to detail, and this is wonderful knowing my home was a freshly cleaned space for my family to play and live in. This is one of the greatest gifts I ever gave to myself as a working mom, to be able to come home to a beautiful, clean house at the end of the day. Thank you for all of your hard work NHC!

I read many of the reviews of Amber and her company before ultimately deciding to go with her. After meeting with Amber and getting her quote, I found her very professional, thorough, and well-priced. There are 4 levels, 3 bathrooms, and two large living spaces that were included in the deep clean. Other companies would quote much higher and provide less attention to detail. When the cleaners arrived, there was a crew that brought everything they needed to do the job. Hard to reach areas, and often overlooked things were all handled and cleaned. We enjoyed the quality of service at such a level that we have hired the company to come in for regular cleaning.

Amber came to my home within a couple days of me requesting an estimate. I own a home that is less than 1000 square feet and requested estimate for the main and second floor. She was prompt, kind, and professional and gave a quote of $265. At the time of initial contact I was going to have painters paint my baseboards so she said they would be doing most of the baseboard work and that it wouldn't take much for her crew to clean them. She contacted me later and we set up a time and date. At this time we did talk about the fact that the painters were not going to paint the baseboards so she said that she would have to add a third person and the cost would be $425 because it would take at least 4 hours and it would be a ton of work. I agreed to this, really thinking this would be a deep, deep clean with no stone un-turned. 3 cleaners did showed up right on time to clean the house (1200). My husband said the ladies were very pleasant, one of them even complimented our home. I received a call at 3:42 pm from one of the cleaners that said they had finished cleaning and had realized that one of the girls had left her cell phone in the home and needed someone to let them back in because all the doors were locked. My son was able to promptly let them back in. Upon coming home that evening, I entered the home and it smelled very pleasant and my kitchen cabinets looked great! However, I was very upset to find that many things were not clean or if they were, it was done poorly. For instance, the kitchen stove had indeed been cleaned, however I had to immediately re-do it because there were so many streaks left behind. Also, my husband found that the bathroom light fixture had not been touched and there was a large amount of dust and accumulation on them. The baseboards had dust on them and the light fixtures were cleaned, but poorly. My son also found a bottle of cleaner that the cleaning ladies had left behind in his bed. Amber texted me promptly the next morning to see how things were. I wanted to give good feedback so I proceeded to tell her and give her pictures of what we found above. She proceeded to tell me that they spent 5 hours cleaning my home and worked their tails off. Now, they may have worked very hard, but I know for a fact that they did not work for 5 hours because of the phone call I received at 3:42pm (I have this documented in my call log) in the afternoon saying they were done. Amber later stated that she had believed that they were there 5 hours because her cleaners had sent her pictures at 445pm stating they were done. Amber wanted to make things right by sending her cleaners either that afternoon or the next morning, however we are getting ready to sell our house and our photographer was at the house as we were texting about these issue. My husband was having to go around the house quickly to get the house cleaned for the pictures. Amber did offer to come herself to clean, however it did not help in our situation due to the timing of the photographers arrival. We expected to have the work done right and on time and unfortunately this was not what happened. It is very unfortunate because Amber is a very nice person and it is too bad that the cleaners she has representing her company are not professional and don't provide quality work. My husband and I were disappointed especially given the price we paid.

We have used the team with NHC for two months and are perfectly satisfied, top rate. They have met every promise and expectation to date. Amber and her team communicate perfectly, they arrive on time, are friendly, and are completely thorough. We intend to keep them!

Amber met me at the house right on time. She and her crew (Angie + two others) worked for 4.5 hours. They cleaned every surface using their own products and tools. They were professional and efficient. Amber explained what was done and answered my questions. The house has never been so clean. I gave this cleaning to my son and his wife after they had hosted a cousin for an extended stay. They are thrilled with the results and so am I.

The owner is very friendly and extremely responsive. She is always checking in to see how things are going and keeping me posted. She assigns the same person every time for consistency. The crew does an excellent thorough job. No complaints! I highly recommend them.

I didn't have a good experience with the housecleaning. It was going to be $150 but I told her I wasn't going to pay $150 for that. There's still trash in the bathroom trash can that they didn't dump. I picked up some stuff off my table and there was dust. They just went around stuff. My shoes was stuffed to the floor. The tile floor in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, they didn't clean the ledges. They had to redo the dusting in the bedroom. I said "The front door has marks on it. Do you guys usually clean the front door or not?" They said "Yeah. Do you want us to clean it?" I said "Yes, I guess so." I don't call that deep cleaning. They were probably there for an hour and a half to two hours.

I used Amber and her team to do a full house "deep clean", and, a final cleaning on my house I was getting ready to sell. Three of her crew showed up and worked for hours going through the entire house cleaning everything. They did a very good job and I was impressed. They were very professional and polite. I then had them come back and do a final cleaning after I was finished repainting and doing other work to the house. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work! Thank you ladies...

Two workers came and spent 7 hours deep cleaning my very dirty house. They were friendly and efficient and did a great job.

The home cleaning went well. I communicated my expectations and they stuck to their promise. They also went out of their way for my short notice. And to top it off the girl was on time. That's somewhat uncommon these days. Thanks NHC.

Amber was very responsive, but more concerned about turn around time than quality of work. The ladies that would clean our house were always rushed because they were told they were taking too much time. Another problem that I had was that there never seemed to be the same person cleaning the house every week. It was always someone different so half the employees knew my garage door code. Had to discontinue service with them due to the poor quality of work.
