About us

Come home and relax with the peace of mind of having your home cleaned by our professionals. Our office has been servicing Lee's Summit and the surrounding communities since 2005. TCA is locally owned and operated by Brian Greenwald. We will always insure that you receive the quality clean that you expect. Our cleaning teams take great pride in the work they do in your home, and you can count on us to arrive on your scheduled day with a consistent team removing the stress of having your home cleaned. Cleanings include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. Charges to be determined at time of in home estimate. We offer one time deep cleanings. Charges beginning at $75 an hour. (final deep clean price based upon number of hours in home.)

Description of Work: Cleaned my parents home and are continuing to clean it for over four years. Great job. Worked well with my parents schedule and were very accommodating. I knew my parents were in good hands and that their home was being cleaned on a regular basis. Having them took the stress off of me and my sisters.

Description of Work: Cleaning Authority has teams that clean homes. In our case, a team visits on a two week cycle. The entire house is cleaned each week but each visit a different portion is given extra attention. Our team 8 does a great job. The team is always on-time if not early.

Description of Work: we have been using them for some time to clean the house at least twice monthly. They rotate on specific areas to focus on but do an overall cleaning as well. They are not as cheap as some companies we have used but they do quality work.

Typically our team of 2 is in your home for about 2 hour and 10 minutes, and the price we charge you is right in line with the amount of time we should be there. Of course, we don't charge each customer based on the time we are there, we charge per job. Sometimes we'll be there a little over two hours, sometimes more, but you'll never get a "bill" asking for more money, unlike some of our competitors. Since you've been a customer for 3 years, if you were to check with some of our competitors now, you'll find are prices are in line or sometimes even a bit less. None the less, we appreciate you and your loyalty to our business. As always, if there is ever anything we can do for you to better our services, please let us know.

They were extremely responsive to my request and kept me informed as to when we could schedule. Since it was close to the holidays I had to have the work done on a Saturday.The crew showed up on time, and went right to work. They were very thorough. They cleaned everything. That house has never been cleaner. They cleaned the carpet a couple of days later. Again done very well. I would definitely call then to clean for me again.

The date above is misleading. Actually The Cleaning Authority--Lee's Summit has cleaned my house every two weeks for over a year now. I am very pleased with the quality of their work; in addition, however, the ladies who do the work are some of the nicest and most hardworking people you will ever meet. I've had a few concerns with scheduling, too, and Brian in the office responds as fast as anyone can expect. I can sincerely recommend this company.

Simply put, my wife and I were extremely impressed. We have had our house cleaned in the past by other companies and did not expect the attention to detail that we experienced from The Cleaning Authority. They got to places and cleaned that I would have never expected them to. The staff was amazingly proffesional, and did a great job working around our kids and pets. I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone needing to have their house cleaned for a special occasion or on a regular basis.
