Let me start by saying when I spoke with these guys, they were totally professional and very knowledgable. I believe I spoke with Robert, and then Sarah - both wonderful people who scheduled my gutters to be cleaned. On the day they were supposed to show up, they were an hour behind schedule and after calling twice, I finally got a hold of Sarah. She said the team were still willing to come but I told her not to bother as it was past 7:30pm and I knew it would be dark long before they could finish the job. That was a Friday so, we rescheduled for Sunday. On Sunday, however, a different team showed up. No biggie, it's just gutter cleaning, right? Wrong! They didn't have a shop vac, they had no water hose, they didn't bring trowels and their ladder wasn't tall enough! What; you say?! Well, that was my reaction, too! To top it all off, the gentleman that tried to clean my gutters admitted to me that he was scared of heights! I felt like i was in some kind of alternate universe where up was down and down was up. How do you work in gutter cleaning if you're scared of heights? Well...he said, this isn't usually what I do but I got the call this morning... blah, blah, blah. In retrospect, I knew I was in for a treat & when they showed up in a pickup truck with just a ladder and a bucket. Yes, gutter cleaning doesn't require fancy equipment but these guys didn't even have a stand-off for their ladder which meant - with the ladder against the wall - the guy had to reach up and over to feel for dirt as he really couldn't see it! Add to that the fact that he was scooping the debris with his hands and I knew it wasn't going to work. Heck, my wife, at some point, was holding the ladder for him because she was terrified that he would fall down. How do you work on a ladder and not have a partner/helper. I referred to them as a team earlier, right? Well the other half of team, a very nice lady, stayed in the vehicle so I guess she just drove him and doesn't work with him on the job(s). He finished a 5-6 foot run and then went to the back of the house to see if he could climb on to the roof to access a certain run, that's when he realized his ladder was too short. I believe they came with a 15-foot extension ladder. He said another gentleman who had a 25-foot ladder was away on another job. Bottom line, this company contracts their jobs out to other smaller companies and, I suppose, if you're lucky, you get the varsity team... I got the JV team :-( and to make matters worse, Robert& Complete Restoration never called me back to follow up or to reschedule. That's why I'm giving them a whopping 1-star rating! Pretty generous of me, right?

We were very pleased with the company because they fixed our problem (a few clogged spots in our gutters) and did not over charge us for the job.

We weren't home when they cleaned the gutters, but they left an envelope with the invoice in it. Our gutters work much better now.

They did a check on the guttering and based on the limited cleaning, they were able to complete the work while they were here.

Roberts Complete Restoration is NOT a company that I would recommend hiring. They would text with a time that they would arrive at work, never once did they arrive within two hours of the designated time. The work that was done on our steps need more repairs of the work that they did, and the cleanup was horrendous - nails, trash, etc. were left. Also, wood rot repair that we originally hired them for and have already paid has not even been started in over TWO MONTHS. This is a company that does not do what they say. Overpromise and underdeliver is the name of their game.
