Description of Work: This was in 2009. Put in new sliding glass door and dining room window. The windows are great and work well. They hauled away the old ones.The installer was very professional and cleaned up his mess. I called them back a few times for a latch on the screen door after a few times they didn't return my call. They finally came out and gave me several replacements so they wouldn't have to come back
