Bryce Brown was very personable easy to talk to. Bryce is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. I especially liked that they have a lifetime guarantee on the project. My husband and I have just started looking at having the master bath upgraded to a senior style with handicap features. I hope to convince him to use Four seasons.

Patrick, our design consultant, was excellent to work with. He reviewed our existing bathtub and helped us design a new shower that will be both safe and beautiful.

Design was helpful and changes taken care of as needed. What was scheduled for a two day project was completed in one day. Work team was skilled, professional and thorough. The workers arrived on time, stayed until the project was completed and cleaned up after themselves. The work team were polite, considerate of the residents and informed us of the equipment and progress throughout the day. We are thrilled with the end product and would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Terrible service. I keep getting calls from them about a bathroom remodel, which I keep telling them I don't have the house anymore for them to do it. When I call to resolve the issue they take down brief information then hang up in the middle of the conversation. They will keep calling you regardless if you go with them or not even after 3 years of not having that house. Terrible customer service.

Horrible this Company did NO work and refused to give me my money because they never called me I went with another contractor and they refused to refund me ŔUN THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

*** Update. After talking with Pat at Four Seasons, they have to decided to make things right. Our windows are now going to be replaced with windows with grids. The gutters have been fixed. Everything has been fixed. Advised Pat of the major lack of communication from the sales team. Buyer beware!!! This is the second time that I have worked with Four Seasons, and will probably be the last. I called to have new fascia, soffit, and gutters installed. I told the salesman that the fascia bored was rotting in several places. He also told me I should order windows as they are having a big sale because of covid, so I did. I was told that the soffit, fascia, gutters would be done in 2 weeks. They showed on the 4th week, and the only reason they showed up then is because my constant asking when they would be out. The installed the fascia over the rotten parts. I called before they were done and the owner came out and said that would be an extra charge but we will replace the parts that are not done. They left the stuff they already cover up. When the guy came out to measure for the windows we were asked if we wanted grids or not. I told him we wanted grids. When the widows showed up they did not have the grids. My salesman said he could fix it, but it would cost $191 per window to fix it. Also, after the gutters got installed, my wife heard the installer say "wont be the first job for me to get called back to fix a job." One of the downspouts is installed incorrectly. I noticed it the next day. Here almost 2 weeks later and it is not fixed. Be very careful when ordering through them and make sure you double check the work before they leave. The communication between costumer and sales is not lacking. W I wished we had the other sales person we used before. He is no longer with the company.

It was a very satisfactory job. We enjoyed our porch and we constantly get some compliments for the people that come to our house. The guy was amazing, he was very careful and he was good. Their price was reasonable. I like the company, I like the man who did the work and I like their pricing.

Said he'd come look, didn't show for appointment or call. Won't return calls.

Great experience with company with extremely knowledgeable installers!

Fantastic experience from the start. Salesman was super. Measuring guy was great. And the installer was excellent. the windows are awesome too...really cut down on the road noise I was hearing.

There were several issues we had problems with. They didn't finish the roof correctly and the door doesn't lock. I've called them multiple times to correct the issues, and they haven't returned any of my calls. For that kind of money, I would have expected that issues like these would be easily resolved.

After discovering that Four Seasons was the only local vendor who carried a brand of windows we were interested in purchasing, we visited the showroom in Lee's Summit to look at some samples. It was a weekend, so the only person available to talk to was the marketing person. She took our information and set up an appointment for an in-home quote. Red flag #1: Both of us (husband and wife) needed to be present for the quote. None of the other companies who provided us quotes made this a requirement. In fact, the only other time I'd heard this was for high-pressure timeshare sales presentations. The sales person showed up to our house fifteen minutes late, which is forgivable. Red flag #2 - The first thing he did was look around and ask us how many windows we wanted replaced - all others had asked why we thought we wanted/needed them replaced and reviewed the issues with us. He proceeded to do his sales pitch and brought out a heat lamp, which was all fine and dandy. Red Flag #3 - When we asked for an estimate, he replied, "If I throw out a number, will you be able to tell me yes or no right now?" We explained that we would need to talk it over before committing to anything. So he started talking about how the price of windows was going to go up soon and that he couldn't hold the price forever. When he asked the same thing again (trying to get an immediate yes or no), we nearly threw him out of the house. He did finally sit down and give us a few numbers, which were way above and beyond any comparable quotes. He was supposed to follow that up with a written estimate via email (something all other companies have had no problem doing). It's been 6 days and we've not heard anything from Four Seasons. Their antiquated, slimy timeshare-eque sales technique may have worked for previous generations of homeowners, but for the under-fifty crowd it's a deal-breaker. That coupled with their poor follow-through has helped us decide to never use this company for anything ever. The guy's business card didn't last more than 12 hours before getting thrown in the trash. They may have a pretty showroom, but that's about the only positive thing that can be said for this company. There are much better options in Kansas City.

We decided it was too expensive so did not do it. It was not worth the money. The quoted price was about $60,000. The salesman was good and made a good presentation. They were very professional. The only downside was the cost.

While I had several issues with leaks in my sun room; they have since resolved the issues to the best of my knowledge & their abilities. It's unfortunate the one team member has colored the overall company. While this individual may be highly capable & knowledgeable in his field, he needs to work on his people skills.

I like them very much because they got it done right away. The people were very professional and informative on how to use it. They were excellent.
