The installer was very professional and made sure the job was cleaned up before he left. I contacted door systems through Angie's list on a Tuesday. A gentleman came over the next day and gave me a quote for 3 different doors. I made a choice on Thursday and the door was installed the following Tuesday because I chose a style they keep in stock. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They did a fine job. He was professional and explained everything.

Terry was very punctional and professional and answered questions about the job itself and estimates for add ons or a new door. Terry was straight foward about what needed replaced and didn't push any extras I didn't need.

The tech was friendly and answered my many questions well. Explained what he would do. Arrived on time. Worked quickly. I added the replacement of the rollers, and because he got everything done so quickly, there was no extra service charge for replacing the rollers. Checked everything. Overall, good technical job and professional. This company cost maybe 10% more than most others, but my guess is that they are smaller and hire better technicians, which is the thing that matters.

Arrived promptly and did a great job. I had called and requested service and they promised to be here the next day at a time convenient for me, arriving and fixing the problem quickly. The technician is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the life expectancy of the springs, rollers and end-bearings. He had the correct parts available and installed them. The garage door works great again.

We had no problem at all. The other system was very, very loud. I would absolutely use them again.

When I called, they were there the next morning. They were very fast in getting to us. He was very professional because my husband watched him work to see how he did it. He gave us information and he sprayed all the rollers on both our doors. We were really pleased with his service.

John was here several hours working to correct problem. He was polite, professional and friendly. Fixed door framing and replaced weather stripping. Door is now working very well. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I called Saturday morning and they were there by 2 o'clock that afternoon! It was at a friends house. She just found out she has cancer. Her garage door opener had not worked for 10 years! She was starting chemo soon and we wanted to help her out. They were on time. They were very professional.

They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and approximate time they would be there. Showed up the same day and were very courteous. Replaced the gear and made other adjustments

My entry door was all screwed up because it was out of square and the group I used to install the new entry door were not on Angies list (second mistake). I called, they were sympathetic and kindly scheduled a time for re-installation. Tom showed up and performed a miracle. Our door opens, closes and locks with little to no effort. Some companies are good but these guys are great.

I called Door Systems on Thursday 8/1/13 to set up an appointment to have my mother's keyless entry pad system replaced as it had not been functioning correctly for quite awhile. (The original system was not from Door Systems) I set the appointment for the next morning (8/2/13). Anthony showed up exactly on time and replaced the keyless entry pad effortlessly and programmed the system. He walked my mother through the programming and did several tests with her on the various functions of the system. He answered all of her questions and did not leave until he knew she was comfortable with how the system worked. He tested her garage door to make sure it passed all safety tests. I was able to set the appointment over the phone and when the job was complete, Anthony called me to tell me how it went. (I had already spoken to my mother and she was thrilled with the system and Anthony's professionalism) I was able to make the payment over the phone with my credit card. Three days later in the mail I received the actual invoice and a receipt for the payment I made. Door Systems was very efficient and personable. I trusted them with my mother's home and her peace of mind. I will use them again for sure.

We are getting our house ready to sell and this ended up being a "quick fix." They came out the day after I called and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. The serviceman knew exactly what to do and was very professional.

When our garage door stopped working, we called and they sent someone over right away. The emergency cord had been tripped by mistake, but the tech didn't make us feel stupid. He just explained how it could happen and showed us what to do if it happened again. Everyone from this company has been so nice!

Called Door Systems for a broken spring on garage door. Described door and problem to office, was quoted a price of $160.00 and told to expect service man before noon. They called at 3:40 pm and showed up just after 4pm with no apology or explanation. Then told me the springs on my door were longer than typical, although I had described the door to them, and price was increased to $210.00. The repair man tried to sell me a package deal to cover future possibilities not just once but several times, just would not drop the subject no matter how many times I said I was not interested. I need some repair again and came across the notes I made on my receipt. I will call another company this time.

One of my garage door openers was not working correctly. The technician came out the same day I called them, told me what the problem was and offered me several options. He was very fast, very thorough and my garage doors are working beautifully now.

What a great response! We made one quick phone call and a very professional competent installer (Dustin) came out, assessed the situation, gave us a reasonable thorough estimate, then completed the work in short order. We couldn't be more pleased, both doors are working quietly and smoothly now.

I had a broken door spring and called them for an estimate. They came out within one business day and I felt the work was done as quoted and they recommended some additional work and quoted it like replacing both springs now since the other one will likely fail soon. They also adjusted the sensors because they said they were too high for current regulations and they replaced the seal on the bottom of the door at my request and swapped the broken door strut on top of the door to the middle since they didn't have a new strut on the truck.

We had a really good esperience from start to finish.

Called on a Monday afternoon, and told them we were under time pressure. They said they would send someone around 8 am next day, and John arrived right on time. He fixed everything we asked him to and was very professional and fun to work with (I enjoyed his sense of humor ). I'd definitely call them again if I had a door problem.

Dustin is very professional. And very patiently walked me through how I would open the door in case of power outage. My old opener is very tricky to get disengaged from the door. He adjusted it to make it as easy as possible. They were very professional on the phone too. I would use again.

* My garage door broke as I tried to open it and I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I called Door Systems and they said they couldhave someone out in about 2-3 hours. The technician arrived on time and examined the door and told me what was needed and what the cost would be. He had the door repaired within two hours at the cost quoted. He was very professional and explained what was being done. I would call Door Systems again if needed.

I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate on my front door. I was told I would receive a call back to schedule the appointment. On Tuesday morning I called again and the person who answered gave me an hourly rate over the phone. I asked to have someone come out and give me an estimate on how long it would take, so I could decide if I was willing to pay that much and I was told "there is no way for us to know".

I looked through booklets and I found a door I liked. They installed the door and programmed my opener to work with my new door. I was surprised about how much we could do over the phone. They did a great job.

Called mid morning for an appointment. Service was scheduled and performed by mid afternoon. Repairman called about half an hour before arrival to confirm arrival time. Very personable repairman. All repair work done satisfactorily.
