My interaction with Door Systems was excellent. I called at 8:15a this morning and my garage door was fixed by 10:45a. The technician was punctual, performed the desired work for less than I expected to pay and gave me some tips on repairing potential future issues myself (something that she could have recommended she take care of, costing me more). I would definitely recommend Door Systems for issues with garage doors!

We received service within a few hours.  Dustin and Allen arrived on time and were friendly and professional.  They explained what they would do to repair the door and what it would cost.  They replaced a hinge and added substantial bracing to the existing door in three places so that it worked well again.  All this withing thirty minutes. Very good job and a very good price of $162.  We would recommend Lee's Summit Door Systems to anyone in the area.

 We expressed an interest in getting a new door at some point and received a great description of the kinds of doors available and the installation costs.

Garage door would not open.  Spring had broken.

Called Door systems at 8am and they responded immediately, had someone scheduled

between 10-12 that same day.   Technician arrived, reviewed and quoted options.  Fixed door and also lubed it.

Tested door and it worked great..and the bonus.. it was much, much quieter than before.   I would definitely use this company again.

Great service. They explained what they were doing, why, and how the garage door works.  Made the call at 10:30am after one of our springs was broken and it's all done in just a few hours!  They also lubricated the single garage door and it runs much smoother now.

They made me think he would arrive in 15min. It was 30-35. Maybe they didnt want me to call another business. He was not very professional. I needed to tell him of my other needs but instead he said ive got to get to the next one and took off. Everything is working fine. Got a review form in the mail with no post paid envelope to return. It did prompt me to do this review

All went well.  The technician left things cleaner than he found them.  Price was as estimated.

I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary things.  They were honest, professional, courteous, and right on time.

The installer was very professional and made sure the job was cleaned up before he left. I contacted door systems through Angie's list on a Tuesday. A gentleman came over the next day and gave me a quote for 3 different doors. I made a choice on Thursday and the door was installed the following Tuesday because I chose a style they keep in stock. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Terry was very punctional and professional and answered questions about the job itself and estimates for add ons or a new door. Terry was straight foward about what needed replaced and didn't push any extras I didn't need.

The tech was friendly and answered my many questions well. Explained what he would do. Arrived on time. Worked quickly. I added the replacement of the rollers, and because he got everything done so quickly, there was no extra service charge for replacing the rollers. Checked everything. Overall, good technical job and professional. This company cost maybe 10% more than most others, but my guess is that they are smaller and hire better technicians, which is the thing that matters.

Arrived promptly and did a great job.  I had called and requested service and they promised to be here the next day at a time convenient for me, arriving and fixing the problem quickly.
The technician is very knowledgeable and professional.  He explained the life expectancy of the springs, rollers and end-bearings.  He had the correct parts available and installed them.  The garage door works great again.

When I called, they were there the next morning.  They were very fast in getting to us.  He was very professional because my husband watched him work to see how he did it.  He gave us information and he sprayed all the rollers on both our doors.  We were really pleased with his service.

We had no problem at all. The other system was very, very loud. I would absolutely use them again.

John was here several hours working to correct problem.  He was polite, professional and friendly.  Fixed door framing and replaced weather stripping. Door is now working very well.  I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I called Saturday morning and they were there by 2 o'clock that afternoon! It was at a friends house. She just found out she has cancer. Her garage door opener had not worked for 10 years! She was starting chemo soon and we wanted to help her out. They were on time. They were very professional.
