It was absolutely beautiful, wonderful. They did an excellent job. I'm going to have to remember to call them again to come out again because we've messed things up a little bit. They were very good. Of course they used some chemicals that smell a little bit but not bad and that was why we picked them. So, they wouldn't use anything really harsh. It was an excellent price.

Went very well. Ben was great to work with. Walking me through the whole process. Taking photos when I could not go down into the area etc. He was always available for any questions.

The service turned out fine. There were some stains I needed them to get out and they did.

We called FreshStart to come out because we had a large amount of standing water in our basement after a pipe broke. They were quick to respond and where out here in only 1 hour. When they arrived they explained the entire process to me and even called my insurance adjuster for me. The project took a total of 5 days because they had to leave drying equipment because everything was so wet. When they started working the supervisor began to inspect everything very thoroughly. In the process he discovered mold behind the sheetrock under where the pipe had broken. Evidently we had a small leak for some time. I was shocked how much mold was growing behind my walls. They explained that if they had used drying equipment on the molded areas without first doing an inspection that it could have made it spread and even become air borne. I am so glad we chose a company that knew how to handle both the mold and the flooded basement! Overall the customer service was superior and everyone within the company was great to work with! Will recommend to all of my friends!

Owner was quick to come out to the house and very flexible with her schedule. Cleaning team cleaned well, sad I was moving out!! It sparkled!

The work met our expectations but the only thing I would say is that he is a one-man show and my feeling was that he wasn’t very comfortable talking to woman. He asked me five times when my husband was coming home, after the first time, I told him he would be home soon but after the fourth time, I was like, talk to me, I am here, and I am the one that scheduled an appointment. I don’t know if it was a male-female thing but he wasn’t very open to talking to me. He was an older man, so maybe it is a generational thing. Overall, the bottom line was he was there to do a job and he did a good job. We had to buy more carpet padding and he told us that ahead of time. We are not ultra picky so as long the job is done well, we are okay with it.

I could go on and on what this company did for us when our company's office basement flooded!!! We initially thought we only needed carpet cleaning and didn’t understand the process. All of their staff was great explaining the process to us and educating us on our options to insure we didn't have mold growth or more damage. During their cleanup of the water damage they discovered a corner of the basement with mold & were able to remove it. The equipment they used dried everything out so fast! Then after all the drywall was repaired from the mold removal they came in and cleaned the carpet after everything was done. They were also able to stretch the carpet in one office that had been wrinkled for years and took care of the fraying carpet in the doorway! They even gave us a reference to a contractor that could help fix our leak. It was so great knowing that we were using a company that could handle all the little things that were coming up from the flood and that we didn't have to spend tons of time figuring everything out! I highly recommend Fetz and will use again!!!
