Pipe burst in finished basement, which resulted in several inches of water in each room. Called provider based on Angie's List reviews. I left a message, but Robert called back promptly. He and Joe were at my house within 30-45 minutes, which was incredible! As it turns out, pipes were bursting all over the metro and I was one of the fortunate ones to have a clean-up service out the same night. It took approximately 4 days for the basement to dry out, but they did a fantastic job! Because of their quick action, they were able to save the majority of our walls, bathroom sink/vanity, furniture and personal items. Robert and Joe were a God send! They were extremely professional, polite and compassionate. I know the amount of the bill was more than $250, but they directly billed the insurance company less the $250, which was a huge relief. They moved all the existing furniture and personal items without damaging any items or walls. I was highly impressed and thankful for their assistance. This was our first experience with a ruptured pipe (hopefully this is the last) and they were completely helpful and put me at ease immediately. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster Clean to anyone and I would definitely call them in the future. I plan to keep the business card in a safe place for quick reference.
