Helen sent out Mikel to assist me and she was an angel! Mikel was compassionate and non-judgmental and just dove right in. We have worked together now six different times and she has helped me turn my house into the safe haven it should be. I would highly recommend Helen and her team!

The girls were right on time. Went right to the garage & never stopped until time was up. My garage looks wonderful. Our two cars can be parked inside with no problem & I can find my yard tools & car cleaning stuff right away. They know how to organize. Thank you so much.

I moved into a new home (first-time home buyer) and the movers (just guys I know) left boxes everywhere, most of them in the wrong room (even though they were labeled!).  I spoke first with Helen, who was pleasant and helpful.  She was able to schedule her workers for the very next weekend.  
Helen's employees first came the first part of November, 2015 and two of them worked 4 hours on a Saturday and one other worker for 4 hours the next day, a Sunday.  I can't believe what a great job they did!  They got right in and started to work.  They would occasionally ask me if it was okay to put this here or that there, but I told them I was too overwhelmed by it all and to just put things wherever they thought it was best.  I went outside to have a cigarette and when I came back in, one room was completely cleaned out and organized!  The two of them worked very well together.  They are good friends and their kids play together -- so they were able to communicate well with each other and actually seemed to be having a lot of fun!  They even cleaned up the areas after they were finished organizing things.  They had great ideas of what to do with things, what organizing supplies I should buy, etc.  I really enjoyed interacting with them.  I had them come back the first Saturday of December 2015 to finish up the spare room and bathroom.  Boy, that was a mess!  But they did such a good job and were okay with lifting heavy objects, bringing heavy items up from the basement and others down to the basement.  And what joy!!  They were truly interested in my stupid stories and seemed to enjoy hearing the story behind certain antiques and family objects.  It was so worth the money (although it seemed a bit expensive at first).
Helen was quickly responsive when I called her because the workers (Erin and Megan) had put something away somewhere and I couldn't find it.  She called the ladies right away and got back with me immediately.
I plan to have them come at least one more time.  Fantastic service!!!  Who knew this profession existed?  I am so pleased and happy!!!

Great!  Helen is focused, a hard worker, and has excellent insight into what needs to be done to solve a problem.  Her suggestions are right on target for not only eliminating the clutter but developing a plan to avoid its recurrence.  We have finished almost all of the clutter in the home and are tackling a storage unit next!

This was a big deal. I it was okay I probably would not hire her again. She came and did help me some, but I was hoping for more direction from her. She was asking me what I wanted to do. I think her strong point is not cleaning out garages and basements. I think she is probably better at setting up kitchens or home offices or something. The first time she had to cancel because her son was ill, which was fine, I totally understand. I am flexible. The next appointment I had to cancel. She could have come earlier, except I asked for Helen, herself. I guess she has some other organizers that work for her, but I just wanted the queen bee, you know? So I waited a little longer to get her instead of one of her employees. I got that in August because we were looking to have a garage sale. I wanted help planning for the garage sale and I wanted everything put in one place that I was going to have in the sale. I felt like they could have used more direction. She was looking at everything and her suggestion was to donate a lot of stuff. I think most organizers charge about that. Her hourly price, I think, is higher so it was a better deal to get it on Angie's List. She is very professional and followed up calls very well. When her son got ill, I think she called me as soon as possible. When I had to make a change she was very professional and did not get annoyed and was okay with setting another time.

In this instance, the client was overwhelmed due to her particular circumstances. When a client asks to stop and is clearly in distress, we listen and look at other options for assistance. We went out of our way and even outside of our regular scope of work to be accommodating."

I started using this service in October of 2014.  I have ask them to come probably 6 different times.  I have had 3 different organizers and each one has been easy work with as well as professional, quick and thorough.   There were some areas where I wanted things to be more detailed (i.e. office files) and other areas where I just wanted to spend less time and they listened and were considerate of my requests.  
They were quick to sort, pack up, move things, make suggestions, label boxes and shelves, etc.
And left each area clean and orderly.
The organizers and the work they did exceeded my expectations and were well worth the time and $.  I will definitely have them back.

Helen and her helper arrived promptly and worked extremely hard to help with every need that I had.  At the end, I was astonished at how much work was accomplished and with such friendly and supportive workers.  I highly recommend Helen and will use her in the future for other projects.  Her ability to understand what was needed to really help me was amazing.  She really knows how to make a huge difference in complicated projects.

Erin was our point of contact for this service, she went right to work and was exceptional at her skills. Excellent suggestions and NEVER tried to take over like my kids might have done.   My health was lacking and she was very understanding and very through. I thought for sure when my wife suggested this that I would feel invaded, but in no way was I made to feel uncomfortable, exactly the opposite.  I felt like she was my second set of hands, I made all the decisions and she did exactly as I wanted with her suggestive choices as I sorted out what was what.
In fact we are bringing her back again as this was the best experience I have ever had, not like the TV shows depict! A++

Erin organized the entire garage.  Items were categorized, placed in containers, then labeled and placed on shelving.  She had time remaining so she alphabetized our CD collection too.  I highly recommend Erin and Organized by Helen.

We weren’t all that happy with it. As it turned out, Helen was unable to come and so she sent two other people and one of them was really good, she worked in the closet and got things really wonderful. I was really hoping that she was going to send in some people that would come in and listen to our needs, just take over and do some things but that just didn’t happen. We spent about two hours after they left redoing things ourselves. For us, it was not worth the money. IF they could send someone out before they do the actual service, if they increase the package price that is fine but send somebody out who has a plan in mind preferably Helen herself because she was unable to make it. Looking back I should have rescheduled it and had her come out instead. I would not use them in the future because of the lack foresight. They are an unorganized organizing company. The price was reasonable but considering what we got for the money, it was not a good deal. There was no call back to check how the service was, we haven’t had a thing from them since. They were a little late.

Suffice to say, the needs of this client were such that 4 hours with 2 organizers wouldn’t have put a dent in the overall problem. Every effort was made to make her aware of this deficit and the time needed to correct her spaces. We sincerely wish there was more we could do with the time allotted."

I have used the company a couple times. Helen came out to do the service. She is very professional and punctual. She represented her company very well and neatly. She is a consistent and efficient worker. She got the job done and I was very impressed. She organized things for me for about 4 hours. She was also able to help me learn how to use a piece of office equipment called Neatdesk that helps organize your documents. She is very knowledgeable and computer savvy. I plan on using her service again.

the process went very well.  the company was prompt, and communicated well through email and on the phone.  the woman who showed up did a great job and worked very hard.  my pantry and kitchen are much more organized now, and it saves me time in my daily life.

Helen was very personable and took no time at all to dig right in and help with my disorganized mess. A lot of work was accomplished in the few hours she was here, and I would definitely hire her again to help with future home organization projects. She was filled with helpful ideas, kept me focused on the task at hand, and, most importantly, was completely non-judgmental when tumbleweeds made of cat hair drifted across the basement floor as we worked.

GREAT service...I absolutely LOVED the experience. Erin was AWESOME! I did not feel judged and she made me see what I could do with the small space I have. For people who are hesitant about getting the service, I agree you can do the work yourself; however, if I attempted to do the work myself, I probably would have stopped after the first hour. Erin was patient and kept the process moving.

The cost of the service pays for itself when you save money by not shopping and repurchasing items that you already have. I strongly recommend using Organized by Helen.
