Moving Proz is best company to hire for moving a piano as well as any move you have. This is the second time we have used Moving Proz and if need be will use them sgain

We had to go with moving pros, start to finish, they out performed everyone. The bid process, all the communication, the fun and professionalism of the awesome crew. Hire them for the hilarious moving truck, then refer them to friends and family forever.

The work the guys did was great, too bad the company came back 4 days later to charge me an additional 230 dollars without my authorization. The price with the extra 230 would have still been totally worth the price, but I?m not okay with you deciding I owe more and just taking it. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

We worked with Osei, Myron, and Carlos and they were all super helpful, polite, professional, and careful with all of our belongings! They were excellent movers and if we ever need to move again, we will ask for those guys!

0 stars for Moving Proz. As it says right on their truck, moving with them Sucks. One of the first things the team leader started talking about was their tip. He told us he hoped we would tip him in cash that wouldn't be taxed because Moving Proz doesn't pay them much. They were more interested in getting paid than moving our things. One of the workers disappeared. They were on the phone as well as texting the office complaining about each other instead of moving our things. It took them 5 hours to do what should have taken 3 hours. I tried to complain to the office, but had to chase someone who wouldn't call back. Finally, they offered 30 minutes off of the 5 hour job that should have been no more than 3 hours. Terrible experience.

This is the second time I’ve used Moving Proz and I have nothing but good things to say! They are affordable without compromising taking care of your items. Caleb, Mike, and Alex were friendly, efficient, and fast! They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for how hard they worked!

Hired them to move my son and his roommate out of their apartment into a home. They showed up in a timely manner and for the most part they did a decent job. The company asked me to sign a waiver for them to unplug the washer and dryer prior to the crew arriving. I did that and the crew refused to do it. Saying they were inexperienced which led to my son having to call the building maintenance guy. That added time to the move. After that was competed. They double charged us and once I brought that to their attention, had to wait till Monday to get my refund. Here it is Wednesday and still trying to get my refund. They reversed some charges and than charged me again the same amount. Now they’re saying it’ll clear in 2-3 days. Absolutely not happy with how this is being handled.

Great and efficient crew. Nothing broke and we finished way below our estimated time. Will use again in the future.
