They called to schedule, sent a text reminder and called the morning of to let me know the technician had an electrical emergency and was going to be running a few minutes behind. I got Brian and Bradley, they were very friendly and informative. They provided good information that I donâ t think many electrical companies provide and teach consumers to be proactive with might be problems. Cost was broken down and well explained. Work was done the same day and it LOOKS AMAZING!!!! I chose their membership program as we intend to work with them again. Extremely professional service!

Mr. Sparky made a complete diagnostic exam (with pictures) of all electrical components of the house, provided quote but most importantly, the electrician walked me through each job to be done. Any questions or concerns I had Mr. Sparky answered. Very professional, courteous, owned up to any mistakes made (didn't make excuses) GREAT JOB!!! Will hire this company again. Fast work, failed to cover hole in garage wall after putting in panels.seem to recommend lots of additional work for enormius additional charges on previous job.

RJ came out and gave estimates, and came back the next day and did the work that needed to be done on the house. He was very Charming and thorough, I will hire him again.
