I've had 2 sessions and I have been very impressed with their professionalism and ease. I plan to continue annually.

I think they were very knowledgeable and they have a good reputation. They also have a lot of good feedback from Angie’s List customers. They explained the process very thoroughly about the different types of systems available to treat termites and stuff. Their inspection was thorough. I think I got in on a special.

They were only $50 more and they were just as good. They are very professional. They representative was very delightful and he would have been fun to work with. They were knowledgeable and honest. If they were $50 lower then they would have had the job.

We have used them only once so far. The gentleman who came and did the service was great, gave me lots of information and kind of explained to me. The quality was excellent and they are average on price. I plan to use them again in the future.

They are always very prompt and courteous when they come out for treatments. This is year 3 with the company and I'm very pleased and intend to stay with them for as long as the service continues to be this good!

We bought a year of pest control through Angie's list...they called me the next day to set up an appointment. They arrived on-time and were extremely professional! He did an excellent job and addressed all of my concerns. We had another issue in-between service time and they gladly came out to solve our issue. SO GLAD we made this purchase through Angie's List!!!

Purchased deal for lawn aeration and seeding. Was contacted by company and told it was too late in the season for those services and that they would provide a refund. Was promptly contacted again and told that refund must be requested by member.

Fine. Rain the next day compromised the ant bait effectiveness.

Gunter had a special on a 1 year pest control. They came out in September and sprayed and put down mouse baits. I noticed a couple of weeks ago my basement had quite a few big black gross crickets. I call Gunter and they came out a couple of days later and fogged by house. All this was still under contract. I was told to let them know if I needed another spray or fogging.

The entire transaction and service provided was exceptional. They arrived on time and performed the treatment without any disruption or delay. In the week following the treatment I have yet to see one critter alive. We've found a few dead ones though. Great job and great service!!

There was a little initial confusion about the date of service (could happen to anyone), but that was cleared up quickly and satisfactorily. "Reed" was very professional and personable. Efficient. Seemed to be quite thorough and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.

So far, So good. He was very professional, professional and on time, professional, nice and kind. He knows what he was doing, lets see. They told me its gonna be 80 not 170 or 159, they were very responsive, they're on time.

I have used Gunter before. It had been a number of years since I had had a termite inspection on my 90 year old home. I scheduled an appointment as a preventative. The service provider arrived at the appointed time. He did a thorough inspection both inside and out asking me questions and pointing out things as we went. He also answered some of my other questions about various services the company provides. He didn't try to sell me services, but explained to me what I did and did not need to do in the future to protect my home. If I had a complaint it would the the person on the phone that I scheduled with. I did not find her to be very friendly. I had two questions, one of which I managed to get answered before she ended the call. Perhaps there were other calls coming in, but she seemed in a real hurry to get off the phone. Not the best impression, since this is the first person I came in contact with in the company.

Gunter came out and sprayed today for the annual service. We made our appointment for 8-11am on a Saturday. Our technician Jesse called the day before to give us a much more precise time. He got to our house when he said he would and was very prompt and friendly. We have been using Gunter since we moved into our house 5 years ago and have never had a problem with pests.

This is an updated review as I had originally given them an F. I unexpectedly bought a new home less than 5 miles from my current home 3 months after renewing my annual service agreement. I asked that my service be moved to my new home and they spray the next 2 quarter treatments there. The office staff stated that they would not refund or transfer my service. When I stated to them that I would be out more than 1/2 a year of pest treatment expense and therefore would be very upset and no longer be a customer, the office staff person did not care. That is a terrible and ridiculous policy that is just greedy. They would be out nothing to just move service to new home as they would just spray my new house instead of my old one. I asked her to mail me a copy of my signed agreement stating that I agreed to this and she mailed me a generic copy of a flyer on which she had underlined a bunch of words she deemed important. This was more than annoying, so I emailed the owner to complain about the policy. The owner apologized and agreed to have my service transferred. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and nicely he responded to rectify the situation. My review rating is based on the quick response of the owner as well as the very nice and professional technicians that come out. Hopefully the office staff will respond better to situations like this in the future and the owner will consider amending this dumb policy that caused unneeded conflict.

My wife contacted Gunther through Angie's List for an estimate but no one ever called back or left a voicemail. This was after they responded to her message, saying they would call back. Not a very professional way to treat potential customers. I cannot speak to quality of services, price, or punctuality, as I was not going to deal with an unresponsive business. Also, we double-checked our message box on Angie's List before writing this review to make sure there had not been any missed-(or mis-) communication.

My experience with them was so-so. Only one came out. I don't think the product they used was effective. They just threw it on and left. I would say to others not to use them. I would say the price was good. They were very punctual.

From the very first phone call, they were friendly, informative and accommodating. they call before they come to check if there are any additional needs. I called between scheduled visits and they came right out to help solve the problem. Highly recommend.

My experience with Gunter Pest Management went very well. I'm actually still using them for lawn service. They called me and ask how their lawn service had been working for them and if there was anything they could do better, to meet my needs. Having somebody call just to see if there's a problem, without having to call them, They were checking in.
