They were pretty responsive about getting someone out although they did not seem to be able to find the outside source of the ants even when described via phone.

They were prompt, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

They put feeding places and they record what the termites are doing.

This is my 2nd year with Gunter and I am completely satisfied. Very professional and if I need them to come back before I am scheduled, they will comeback as often as needed.

As I stated previously, the provider was professional, friendly and provided excellent services.

Gunter pest does a great job! This is my second year of signing up for one of their annual service packages. Last year, I had some problems with ants and they came back and took care of them at no cost (part of the annual package). They promptly reply to e-mail and/or telephone calls and always arrive when stated.

High rating on Angie's list and this service was right on target. bought service for a year and recommended to my neighbor who now has the service.

Three weeks after the initial application we had another infestation of ants in our kitchen. It`s been a really bad year for bugs in our house this season due to all the rain we have had. I called Gunter and they came back out approximately 3-4 days later and did a second application to our house free of charge. Their Diamond Plan says that they will do that for you if you have that plan and they are not lying about it. The receptionist was nice about it and the tech that came out was professional and very nice like the first one. There has been no sign of bugs since that application and we still have three more treatments left on our plan . I like them and have nothing bad to say about their service. I would recommend them if your looking for a good locally owned pest service.

Perfect. I relaxed in the living room while he went around spraying an orderless spray. He spent some extra time in the kitchen and even showed us exactly what we were dealing with. It was great to know he took such care. I would definitely recommend this company, and request Matt again!

Went well, always fast and professional

They just did the service this week and it was fine. They just went around and sprayed and it took probably 45-minutes. The warranty they provided is they would come out whenever needed per year. There were no additional charges to the $390 Big Deal. There is just an annual fee.

It was great. There were not any additional fees. The thing that stood out to me was that they did a good job.

We purchased the quarterly pest prevention back in February. We've had three services provided so far. We have had a lot of bugs this summer, and have not been happy with the pest control and continue to see bugs inside our house regularly. They place the granuals outside the foundation but that doesn't seem to work. I've had to go back and spray myself this year so I am very disappointed. I will probably switch companies next year.

Nick came out as planned and took care of everything for us and left a can of wasp spray. Service was fast and as agreed upon. Thank you!

I bought a special through Angie's List for quarterly service for a year. It was easy to schedule the first inspection and treatment. They come each quarter without me even having to schedule. Good service and no bug issues so we are happy! We will use them again.

Initial phone call to set up inspection was horrible. Office staff very unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. The office staff represents the company and ultimately the reason I chose not to do business with the company. The receptionist Debbie would not answer questions and was not knowledgeable about company website discounts or even Angie's list discounts. Both receptionist refused to disclose any available discounts for service. The inspector that was sent out completely turned the experience around and went above and beyond. For that reason, I was willing to overlook the initial experience with the receptionist and finish the job with this company. I tried to set up service, but had further problems from the nonchalant office staff. When I complained about feeling like I was getting the run around, I requested a call from the owner who is listed on Angie's list. The office staff would not allow me to talk to him, leave a message for him and he refused to contact me when asked by the inspector. I walked away with the feeling that my business was not important and will have to find another company after 3 weeks of trying to work with this company. If the office staff continues to be this difficult, the good work of the inspectors and those who complete the service will be overshadowed by the horrible experience trying to set up the job. I shouldn't have to work this hard to spend my money with any company and if my money business isn't worth providing at least average customer service I will gladly spend it elsewhere.

The person who came out to do the estimate was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I had the estimate performed while purchasing the home and I had some excavation to do around the foundation, by the time I was ready to have the termite treatment performed, we were well into winter and the ground was rather wet. There was one appointment scheduled and no one showed up. After calling the company, they said that someone had been there, but the ground was too wet to perform the treatment. I wish they would have called to let me know so I didn't have to wait around. I expressed this to the representative on the phone and she very professionally handled my complaint. I had to reschedule at least two other times because of weather. This was expected and in no way the fault of Gunter. The service technicians who came to the house were friendly and professional. With the exception of one minor hiccup in the beginning, the service was excellent.

It was horrible! Never hire these people! I had a coupon and so I bought what I was told was the Semi-annual service and I was given a price for TWO visits!!! The time they came out in the fall and it actually made our problems worse. I had to call 5 times before I got to talk to someone who did not blow me off or say "deal with it". I finally talked to a nice person (the woman answering their phone is incredibly rude and unhelpful) and he sent someone out again. I thought we were okay-But then in the spring when we called to get our next service done, they charged us for the whole amount again. I called to get it corrected and got the mean lady (who had been promoted) and she said that they did not even sell the package I had bought. The ONLY reason we had them come back was because we had already paid for it - which the guy had confirmed when I talked to him last year. So they don't keep their word in pricing, make you pay twice, don't even tell you certain services aren't included (like outside!), and they refuse to help when you call. Never use these people.

Gunter was prompt and the technician was courteous. He explained the process and the annual program and asked if I had any specific questions or concerns. He addressed my concerns and explained what he did. We were very pleased with the service.

We didn't have much an issue. They were efficient. One thing I liked to was that they didn't try to outsell me a whole bunch. I am not really positive what the full price would be. The price was good when I used them. I would absolutely use them in the future.

We've only had the first service visit, and it went well. The provider was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He did an indoor and outdoor treatment for the first visit.

Although the provider was prompt and did the service, the results was inconclusive at best. We did not see any noticeable difference in the lawn. We had the same resulting crabgrass infestation as we had had in years prior. We have since taken it upon ourselves to provide this service to our yard and have seen a much more noticeable improvement.

It was wonderful! They do it quarterly, so they are probably getting ready to come back again. They are very friendly. They came and sprayed the first time, then came back again and sprayed some rooms for us at no charge. They were out that day.
