I think their service is fine.

Pretty well. I found a couple of areas that weren't thoroughly dusted, but the house looked very nice overall. I have used this service several times before and had better results. You don't always get the same person when you only use them occasionally, but I would probably ask for a specific house cleaner next time.

The first clean was excellent. They sent out a different crew the second time and it was horrible. They slammed the vacuum into the woodwork causing dents and splinters, and they said they would fix it. It hasn't been fixed. So I set changed my rotation to an "as-needed" basis. Made an appointment to come out and clean and fix the woodwork. They were a no show. These scores represent the averages between the first clean which was great and the second clean and no show.

It's been very positive. They have been flexible and accomodating with changing cleaning times, and if I stick to my usual slot, I get the same person. Their front office is very responsive, I can talk directly with the person that takes care of my account. Mostly one-person crews, they take 4 hours and the job is nicely done. They even pick up so that the place looks neat. The only thing I can complain about is they use a giant duster to wipe down the windows - takes 3 seconds - but I want them to take a wet cloth and wipe the blinds. They can't. And they use their own cleaning products, don't know how potent they are - some sort of industrial generic stuff. Seems to get the job done. They seemed reasonably priced, and more safe because they are bonded and insured. They have a print out with various rooms on - so I can rotate rooms around if I want, and still spend that set amount of money within my budget.

THEY ARE THOROUGH AND GENERALLY DO A GOOD JOB. I CAN RELY ON THEM TO COME ON TIME AND AS NEEDED WITH SHORT ADVANCE NOTICE.
