All American Gutter

Patrick, the owner, came out to our house a few days after speaking on the phone to inspect our gutters. He provided us with a few options to fix the issues and we ultimately decided to do a full replacement. When talking about the replacement, he provided ideas on how to make the gutters on our house more effective and efficient. On the day of the install they were able to start while I was at work, and while wrapping up around lunchtime, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and I was taken around the house to see the updates. They take pride in their work and it really shows. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The project went well - no problems. The company (owner and crew) is easy to do business with. I was pleased with their work.

We had Patrick come out for an estimate, and we were very impressed. He took the time to see what type of trees we had around our house and in our yard before he recommended the type of gutter guard we should use. He and his team came out to install the gutters and were very professional and thorough. We had asked to have our downspouts diverted away from the house, which they did, as well as replace some wood along one part of the gutter area. They did an excellent job cleaning up, and were always professional and courteous. We would highly recommend All American Gutter.

They called to see if they could do the work same day. They had had a cancellation. They came when they said and finished the installation in about an hour. They were professional and very courteous. Happy with the results and would define the use again.

Patrick was so great to work with. He worked around out painter and installed our gutters and covers in a little more than 5 hours. They were quick and the clean up afterwards and the house looked great

Since putting on a metal roof, our existing gutters were overwhelmed and getting clogged. We up-sized our gutters to the largest ones they had and added premium gutter guards. All American Gutters offered the best guards we had seen. Patrick and his team were WONDERFUL to work with! He kept me informed on where I was on his schedule and was flexible in needing to work around our painters. I've hired a number of contractors for many projects throughout the years and Patrick by far was the most professional. I'm truly happy with their work and highly recommend them!

THIS SPRING PATRICK CLIFFORD WAS ON MY STREET WORKING ON ANOTHER RESIDENTS HOUSE. HE HAPPENED TO NOTICE THAT TREE LEAF STUFF WAS STICKING TO THE OUTSIDE OF MY GUTTERS AND SCREEN COVERS. NO LEAVES WERE ACTUALLY INSIDE THE GUTTERS------JUST SOME ON THE OUTSIDE.I HAD NOTICED THIS THE PAST COUPLE YEARS,BUT WAS NOT CONCERNED MUCH SINCE THE THE GUTTERS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN .MR.CLIFFORD SAID THAT THE SCREEN WAS INSTALLED AT A WRONG ANGLE IN SOME PLACES.HIS CREW RETURNED IN A FEW WEEKS AS PROMISED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM .I HAVE NEVER KNOWN A CONTRACTOR TO FOLLOWUP ON THEIR OWN TWO YEARS LATTER TO CHECK THE WORK--MOST JUST WAIT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO CONTACT THEM AND I WOULD OF NEVER DONE THIS BECAUSE I REALLY THOUGHT THAT THINGS WERE ADEQUATE---JUST SOME LEAVES SITTING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE COVERS.

Patrick Clifford (I believe he is the owner) called me back promptly after I left a message about guttering. We made an appointment for him to look at it on Aug.9. I put him off because I wanted another bid which I got and it was MUCH HIGHER. I can't recall the exact details but we were out of town and lot but every time I called him (I think 3 times) he called right back and told me I our job was "on the board" which apparently meant he was allowing time for it in the overall schedule even tho I didn't know when I'd want it done. If anything, I'm surprised he didn't put me at the end of his new contacts since I was hanging around so long! The first time he called to come over I was busy but the next time I was available. Since it was a small job he was fitting it in rather than scheduling which I think is fair. He came at the agreed time. He had me come outside and reviewed what they would be doing. When they finished, he called me back out to review what they had done. I was wavering if I wanted a longer deflector shield. He was willing to go ahead and do it for an extra charge. As I hesitated he offered to have the ladder brought back from the truck so I could look at the gutter cover and see if I thought it would make the shield unnecessary. I declined! I finally decided not to add it. I decided to see how this works. In the meantime, if I like the gutter cover I'll have him come back and use it on more of the guttering. If I need more shield he could do it then. I was very satisfied with the company and personnel and would recommend them.

It went very well, they came and worked very quick, very efficient, very helpful. They were very busy but once they got to our house they were very quick at getting the job done.

All American Gutter was very responsive. We played a little phone tag, mostly due to my busy schedule, and we got on their schedule for a couple of weeks out. He called me a couple of days later to let me know he could fit us in in a few days. Called me the morning they were coming and when I got home from work, there were no more trees growing in my gutters! A complete no hassle experience.

BEFORE: I had 5 inch gutters. A corner overflowed every time it rained and started washing dirt way from my front steps. I had even put in an extra down spout drain at this corner and it didn't help. Also down spout did not look good. AFTER: All American gutter replaced the 5 inch gutters with 6 inch gutters. They slightly lowered the gutter at the problem corner. Didn't need the extra down spout. It looked great. They also added gutter covers. We have had several heavy rains since the installation and the 6 inch gutters work great.

Patrick was extraordinarily responsive with a high degree of professionalism. He provided the estimate, called the evening prior to coming out, arrived with his crew, and did an expert job of not only of cleaning our gutters but also to tidying up afterwards Thanks Patrick and crew!!! Great job!

They did a very good job. They just left a big piece of gutter in my yard that I had to get rid of.

The estimate was given on May 3rd and Mr. Clifford went to extra effort the obtain gutters which matched my house paint. On the initial visit, a very detailed and informative description of the work proposed, type of materials, etc was given. The installers arrived on time for the date of the service and the work was done very quickly. Clean up was wonderful. I am very pleased with the work and feel very confident in recommending this company.

Patrick has been great to work with in terms of professionalism, responsiveness and workmanship. He and his team did an excellent job on both jobs they did. I did notice a minor issue both times (patio door was rubbing on gutter when opened and additional downspout was required) and Patrick was more than willing to come out and resolve the issue. I would definitely use All-American Gutter in the future and would also recommend them to my family/friends.

All American Gutter was very professional, they communicated well and were prompt and courteous. They were careful of an existing bird's nest that I made them aware of and cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely impressed!

Patrick was very meticulous in his assessment and his analysis of my gutter situation. All work was scheduled and completed as promised. Patrick fixed all of my issues and at a reasonable price! He then performed similar work at my mother-in-laws house and she was satisfied as well. And she is very hard to please. I would not hesitate to contact Patrick for any future gutter needs.

So pleased with my new gutters! Patrick did a FANTASTIC job at my house. He was prompt and professional. My new downspouts match perfectly and he was able to repaint the original gutter clips on my historic home. The most attentive contractor I've had at my house.

Patrick and his crew did a great job. I relied on all the positive Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed. A couple of months after the job was complete, I realized that one area where we had run a downspout into an old underground drainage spot was backing up. I called Patrick and he came out the very same day and installed an elbow so the downspout would drain into the driveway instead. At no charge! Overall great experience. I highly recommend this contractor.

I got four quotes for new gutters. The four providers I had quote did not vary drastically in price however I chose All American because I felt he was honest, came across with a good business ethic and knew his craft. He was prompt both with this estimate as well as the work. We love our new gutters and have recommended him to our neighbors.

Unfortunately, what they did that did not work. They were very responsive and quick to come out to look at the gutters. They did not leave a mess behind.

Had a down spout on our guttering break away due to the winter weather. Patrick came out - gave us an estimate and showed up as promised with his team and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes. No calling and checking on them, no disappointments --- EXCELLENT customer service.
