Patrick's team re-lined our box gutters last year. We hadn't gotten much rain since then so I didn't know how well they would work. After we got the work done he recommended that we have our gutters cleaned fairly frequently given the trees above our roofline. Well, we started suddenly getting water in our basement and it's because the gutters worked properly but our underground drainage was all plugged up. We got that taken care of but were still seeing water seep over the side of the gutters in some places. I just didn't believe we could have gotten too much stuff in the gutters in less than one year. However, when they came to look at it they were definitely plugged up with stuff from the trees. So Patrick and his team cleaned them out for us and even fixed a small problem on the roof as well as pointing out some other fixes our roof could use. They worked quickly, got there on time, and were in communication with me frequently as to when they'd be able to get out to my place.

I was completely satisfied. People came in on schedule and performed a good quality work. The crew was very responsive to evry issue which show up during their work. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Patrick was very attentive and was flexible with our schedule. He came over and gave us a quote. When we decided to go with his services. He came over about a week later and performed the install. It took about half a day. Everything was simple. We are happy with the gutter covers so far.

Company came when promised removed the old guttwer and downspout and replace them with a new largwr gutter and new downspout. The entire process took less than one hour.

A section of my gutter came loose during the snow storms we had and then when the snow melted large icicles formed and the weight on the gutter ended up pulling the gutter down and bending it in half. Patrick came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate and was able to schedule the work to be completed a couple days later. Patrick was very courteous and professional and the work was completed quickly.

As I recall, I contacted someone from the company and he promptly sent a crew out while I was at work and billed me. It was a very simple process.

Patrick was very professional and I got a real good "feel" from my first visit with him that he was eager to help us out and provide a professional service. We received bids from three companies and his was not the highest or the lowest. I was least impressed with the professionalism and the highest bid from Johnson County Guttering and I was somewhat impressed with the professionalism and the lowest bid from Arrowhead Guttering. I think Arrowhead would have done a fine job but I really felt like Patrick at All American Guttering would provide the best service so I talked with Patrick and he did not match the price from Arrowhead Guttering but he did lower his price slightly and we decided to have him do the work. The came and took care of the work at the time we had agreed on and they even trimmed back some branches in high section of a tree as we had talked about previously and I really appreciated that because I am afraid of heights. The cleaned up after themselves and we are extreemly happy. I have referred Patrick to a friend.

Patrick came right out to give an estimate. He explained some options. I didn't feel any pressure to get a particular type or spend a particular amount. I got what I wanted! Patrick stays with his crew instead of running several crews all over which equates to more personal service. His crew set right to work and finished quickly. They did a very professional job that exceeded my expectations. The gutters look really nice and with all the rain recently, it's obvious they were done well. High quality product and high quality installation.

Called Patrick Clifford on January 10, he came out on Saturday January 12 to look at job and completed the work on Monday, January 14 - very responsive for such a small job and very reasonable cost in my opinion. I would definitely recommend All American Gutter and will use them again in the future for gutter issues.
