Description of Work: As follow-up to hail damage from a storm last year, we had some siding wrap replaced. Even though the dollar amount was small, ABC sent a representative out to look at our house several weeks ago, a Mr. Dale Dyer. Mr. Dyer was very knowledgeable about his product (steel siding). He was not high pressure and was respectful of our time and our financial situation. He promised to work us in to his crews' already busy schedule. When they finally arrived (this past week), the work crew was professional, prompt, and apparently skilled. A plus -- on their own initiative, they went ahead and replaced a part of the vinyl wrap that was not hail damaged and was not on the work order. It was faded out and would not have matched the new wrap which they were installing. Without calling the office and without asking for more money, the crew went ahead and replaced this extra part.

Description of Work: I received an estimate for gutter replacement. This company only installs steel gutters which were more than twice as expensive as aluminum. This bid was over $1800 to all the others which were from $775 to $1060. We have a small ranch style home which needed very little guttering actually. The warranty was good and he was pretty pushy in trying to get us to believe that we had to use steel gutters due to the warranty. When I said I had a lifetime warranty on Aluminum gutters in a bid he asked to see the bid sheet and then began to criticize that company for stupid things like how their bid sheet was designed. He kept trying to stay longer to continue to try to tell us how much better their company was than the others and tried to get us to agree to the bid right then and there. We did not hire them due to the substantially increased cost and lack of a lifetime warranty. We didn't like the pushy behavior either.

 + -1 moreThis was an excellent experience. We had 2 neighbor's recommend them, and after looking at my neighbor's home, I was sold. There was no fault with them. I even had them come back 3 weeks later to add house numbers and outdoor lights, and they came at no charge. This all-around great company.
