Best customer service Ive experience from home repair companies!! Great family business, explained my options for chimney repairs, communicated throughout the process, and even provided options for other home repairs I will definitely work with them again but hopefully not too soon. ð

SirVent was able to work with another company to custom-fabricate an energy top chimney damper and install it for my over-sized chimney. It took a couple of tries to get it to properly function, but they saw it through to a successful completion.

SirVent came to my home at no-charge to give me a bid. They even brought along a few different sized chimney caps but none worked. When the special order size came in they did the installation even though I was out of town, sent pictures of the installation and took payment after the fact. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use again!

They had no problem answering any of my questions, even going into detail. I loved the fact that the price stated was the final price. Also no pressure sale for service/maintenance plans.

These men were experts, timely in arriving at appointed time and very good at explaining their procedure.. will certainly use them in future and recommend them. Let me add - lady who answered the phone and arranged schedule and billing ( I live out of town) was very nice and helpful !! Altogether a very pleasant experience.

They were great to work with. Knew what they were doing. Had the cap to our chimney get blown off in recent storm and was destroyed. They came out and fixed on a very steep roof. They even put a tarp over chimney when they inspected the chimney before doing repairs.

The guys who did the work were efficient & skilled. They were excellent at answering questions about my traditional style fireplace.

They are concerned with your safety. After checking around the solution they offered easy reasonable. I also think they are reasonably priced! My bad attitude initially is probably why they have not responded when I wanted them to fix my fireplace.

Cleaned up everything after work was done.
