Set appointment at about 12 noon the following day the evening before at about 10:00 PM via Home Advisor. I received a phone call from them early the next morning at about 7:30. We moved the appointment to 10:00 as they were already scheduled in our area that morning. The schedule change worked just fine for both of us. They met our realtor at the home we are buying and performed the Termite test. Price was as agreed and report was provided same day. All went smoothly as it should. It's the second time I have used Home Advisor on things related to our home. Great results each time.

Jeff was able to come out same day and perform a termite inspection for our home refinancing. He was very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to a friend for a home inspection.

I had a huge ant problem and was fearful that I also had termites, but there were no termites found thankfully, but Chaz, the representative, found a huge nest problem of carpenter ants hiding in basement area behind insulation. Extremely pleased !... We had a nest of yellow jackets in the bedroom wall. They were coming in the room through a small hole they had bored in the drywall. Technician arrived within an hour of requesting service on a Sunday morning!

They didn't rid the fleas and wanted to charge me an additional fee to come back out and spray, they told me they guanteed their work but when it came down to it was going to charge me $80.00 to come out again. I went out and still had fleas. I had to call another pest controle company to come out.
