We are a parts store, that also provides service and Repair for your speciality home. The Manufactured home is different from 'stick built' home. Parts for manufactured homes cannot be found at other home improvement stores. We also sell Furnaces. At a low cost to the consumer. Herman specializes in custom re-modeling, reconstruction, and installing Steel Roof-overs .
Services Not Offered
We are not licensed to do HVAC work, but do have referrals for licensed persons qualified in the Manufactured Home field. We are not Master Plumbers, so specific gas installations will require a referral from us to a Master Plumber.
