Description of Work: We had water damage and they had to remove two foot up on the wall board.. It was done veery quitely and within five hours.

Description of Work: After heavy week long rains my sewer back up into the house. I called roto rooter at 9:30 am and was told that they would be able to get to me that day but I would have to wait for a technician to become available later in the day and they would call me. I ended up calling them back every three hours to check and by 3 pm was told I was "on deck" for the next technician. When I called again at 6:30 pm I was told that they could not get to me until Monday. Not even the next day, I was told they had no one to come to my house because I had a back flow (which Roto Roooter installed that is why I called them & they knew it). So I was expected to not use any plumbing for a total of 3 DAYS. I found another provider that came out and fixed the problem within 45 mins of his arrival. Would not recommend or use this provider. F Minus

Description of Work: We called to get a clogged kitchen drain cleared. Found Roro-rooter with an A rating and called. They arranged a visit that evening with a 4-hour window ( 9 pm-1 am ). The plumber was delayed, but we did get a phone call alert and he did appear within the 4 hours. He evaluated and gave us the estimate and then went immediately to work ( took about an hour total ), cleaned up and was gone. He was friendly, courteous, thorough and efficient.

Description of Work: Very professional, but the cost was more than I expected. They wouldn't give me a ballpark figure on the phone. When they came out I could have said "no thank you" after I heard the price but they were already here and I said OK. | |I probably would use them again because they were good, but I wasn't happy about the price.
