Description of Work: The coupon did not work for me coz the guy after arriving informed me that the service would cost close to 400 bucks to change the kitchen sink faucet.

They messaged me back same day, we set up appt for the next morning. It couldn't have been any easier. Andy was prompt, courteous and job was complete in no time. |I had them use the camera and bought the hydro flush because I have an older house and have had an issue before.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed and feel that this deal was very misleading. I received a discount of $40 from a bill of $274. The tech (Joel B.) seemed to be confused about how to handle the discount certificate. They did a good job, but it was much more expensive than I thought.

Description of Work: The plumber was extremely prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with 2 of my showers, as being the internal cartridges being bad. This prevented the water temperature from being regulated appropriately. Unfortunately, the quote for the services was over $600; though the supervisor did drop the price by $100, I decided to get a second quote, which came in at $350. I like the company, but they are way overpriced.

Description of Work: I made the call and they met me at my service location within an hour! Performed augur on main line - found the problem to be a backup within the house plumbing. Called restoration crew (with my permission) and met with a very knowledgeable technician regarding next steps. Very happy with level of service from both teams.

Description of Work: An honest professional! I did not need the extensive electrical work I thought needed done and he told me how to fix the problem and then fixed it in no time. He could have been dishonest and done the work I thought needed to be done but was honest and took care of the problem in 20 minutes. Certainly trustworthy.

Description of Work: never disappointed when I use them. Have also used them for my mother who was in Chicago and my aunts who were in Chicago also. They always felt the job was done well and the plumbers were really nice and patient with the "older ladies" and their watchful eyes on them the whole time they were working.

Description of Work: I had a badly clogged drain pipe that caused everything to come up through the basement shower every time the toilet was flushed or sink was run anywhere in the house. I worked on it all day Sunday and couldn't seem to fix the problem. First thing Monday morning I called Roto Rooter and they got to my house at 10:00. Carl quickly surveyed the situation, ran some tests and determined that I had fixed the problem on Sunday. Everything was working fine! He spent about 20 minutes there and didn't charge me a thing. Said the diagnostic was free and would only charge me if he needed to come back. I am a very pleased customer and will definitely call them next time I need a plumber
