Description of Work: They had cleared my sewer line in September and gave a guarantee. When they came out four months later because it was backing up again, they were not able to clear it and told me I needed to get a camera in there to figure out what was going on. In the meantime, I cannot use my plumbing. The camera person came out the same day. He gave me the video on a thumb drive but it was not usable. Someone at the office told me they have to run it through their system and then it can be viewed. I was told that it would be emailed at the end of the NEXT business day. They were not able to tell me possible next steps based on the video. I had no idea how we were going to proceed. Two days later, I had to call them to send me the video. In the meantime, I called another drain and sewer company and they were able to get the line open.

Description of Work: We had leaks in our hoses from the washing machine. They came on a Sunday very quickly. Unfortunately, the plumber was clearly confused by what hose went where and eventually left with us having the cold water hose attached to the hot and vice versa. We had to get another plumber to come and fix it.
