Description of Work: The overall project was done as expected. They cleaned up after a sewar pipe break, cleaned floors, ripped up drywall, and treated for mold. Then turned on their fans for 3 days. The bill is rediculous over $8500 for barely 6 hours of work. They said the rest is their fans. I could have rented /bought my own fans for 1/10 the price. I have called the main billing office 4 times and emailed with exactly no response. The Project manager won’t respond now he knows I’m complaining about pricing and said it’s insurance standards. What it is is taking advantage of people

Description of Work: AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THE WORK WAS DONE WELL, BUT BEFORE HE BEGAN WORK I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND WAS GIVEN A ROUGH $325 PLUS PARTS, FIGURING $400 OR $425. WHEN FINISHED I WAS PRESENTED WITH A BILL FOR $633. WE NEGOTIATED IT DOWN TO $484 WHICH WAS CLOSER TO MY EXPECTATION. NEXT TIME I WILL GET THE ESTIMATE IN WRITING BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK SO THAT WE AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
