However it has been 15 plus years ago. However as this is a family business I would expect they continue with high quality work. They also remodeled a kitchen with terrific results

The repairman was very prompt. He was extremely competent and courteous. He explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to repair it. The cost was very reasonable. Considering that they could have told me anything and charged me for all kinds of unnecessary repairs. I will absolutely use this company again.

They were very fair in their pricing. They did excellent work. I had another company come out first and give me a quote; they were much higher for the same amount of work Ehrlich's performed for me. I was very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend them to family and friends in the future.

I'll begin by saying that we are so impressed by this business, their work, and the professionalism of their employees. When we were seeking a contractor to perform kitchen and bath remodeling in our home, friends of ours recommended Drew Erlich as he had remodeled their kitchen, and he had done an outstanding job. Drew spent a lot of time with us in our home and in his showroom before the project began. Much of that time was to understand our wants/needs and to select materials. Drew and his team gutted one bathroom, gutted all but the cabinetry in a second bathroom (we wanted to keep the updated cabinetry which is in excellent condition), redesigned a laundry room and repurposed half of the space to install a new pantry as an extension to our kitchen, laid new tile in the kitchen and pantry, built a wall between two rooms, installed plumbing shut off valves in three locations, coordinated the install of new granite in both bathrooms, the pantry and an office and coordinated the painting of all the remodeled rooms. Drew and his team were in our home for five weeks. To us, this was a big remodeling project. Drew's workmanship is exceptional. Drew's professionalism is exceptional; he carefully managed our expectations and he exceeded our expectations with the entire project. Drew and every member of his team and sub-contractor that he used were professional, punctual (every day he arrived on or before the time he said he'd arrive and every day he did not leave before telling us what time we could expect him the next day. Every day without fail!) We highly recommend Drew for any remodeling project. Because we were so impressed by his work, we then asked his brother, Clarke, to help us with our Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration needs. We have been very impressed by Clarke and each member of his team. I assume many consumers are like me/us, and they join Angie's List so they can learn about excellent service providers and avoid problems with service providers.. Erlich's is a remarkable business, and we highly recommend them.

The first time we decided to remodel the kitchen, we were like and quot;fish out of waterand quot;. We must have had 10 companies bidding on the work and in total confusion. Our neighbor was the St. Louis Sales Manager for Moen and my late husband mentioned our dilemma to him. He immediately said, and quot;I wouldn't use any company but Ehrlich's to do MY kitchenand quot;. A referral from their supplier was enough for us. They came out on time, helped with the design, making excellent recommendations which had not occurred to us. They then returned with a professional 3-D CAD presentation of the project, which was perfect, as opposed to their SNOBBISH competitors, who came with hand drawn scribbles. We visited their offices/showroom to pick out everything...no running here...running there to look at different products. Ehrlich's has it ALL, including appliances right there. Since everything is CUSTOM through Ehrlich's (unlike and quot;big boxand quot; prefab products) it took a little while to begin the work. We put a terribly unrealistic timeline on the project, wanting it finished for the Holidays. Drew and Hal put a and quot;RUSHand quot; on all the materials, and by George, they finished a week before Christmas. They were also able to recommend an EXCELLENT painting company that did a beautiful job on a new (at the time) high tec finish that we sought. That was expensive (our choice...not the contractor price), but 18 years later, the finish is STILL flawless and maintenance free. The experience was the same the second time around. Family owned, this company takes pride in their work. You don't call a year later and the whole staff has changed and no one knows anything about you or the project. The second time, they still had the original plans and bid.

I called one day, they said the scheduler would call back the next day to set up an appointment. They had not called by 3:00 the next day so we called them. We were able to get an appointment for the following day. The repair person came on time and problem was fixed. I felt the rate charged was about average - $90. This did not include any parts. I was happy with the service and would use them again.

The company gave us a two hour window of when to expect them. They called before arriving. They arrived on time. The work was done in a professional manner.

He is very responsible, knowledgeable and professional. And he came out and gave me an honest opinion and that is what I needed.

Used this company for various repairs from a/c and furnace, bathroom remodel, plumbing. They are punctual. They did the job performed. Returned to repair obvious problems. On one plumbing job, the technician was having trouble with something. There was a lot of cursing under neath the sink. I do feel, this was inappropriate. Workers for the most part have bland attitudes although gets the job started and done. Depending on service, I would use this company again. I always research several companies before work in my home gets done. Sometimes those on Angies List are great and some with great reviews are not so much. Always check with Angies List, BBB, and with others, as well as checking on licensing and insurance.

The repair man was a delightful guy; he not only fixed the dishwasher but gave us other tips on operating the dishwasher. He also had dog treats for my dog. I would not hesitate to call them again and thought the pricing was good. I will use them again in the future.

They are very prompt, call if they're delayed. Everyone has been friendly, courteous and get the job done as promised. I do iknow I have to replace my refrigerator/freezer..but they try to get it working until I m able to replace it....Good people!

Long story short - we have used Ehrlich's for 6+ years for HVAC service and repair. We were once again having issue with the AC unit. They and quot;fixedand quot; it twice last summer. All we wanted was for someone to give us a - you should really replace this or we can fix it so it won't happen again. If they could fix it I am all for getting charged a service fee to come to our house. However, the customer service rep told us they would not come out w/o their normal service fee charge and the alotted $$ per time on the clock once here - even if the answer was...there is really nothing left to do but get a new system. They wanted to charge us (long term/loyal customers) $80+ dollars just to tell us we have to replace it??? Well - they lost the 80+ bucks and any chance of making a sale to put in a brand new system. Horrible service to what were once loyal customers!!!

We had decided to remodel our kitchen so we obtained bids from 5 different contractors. We ultimately chose Erhlichs, primarily because of their designer Kelly. He had some great ideas and his detailed drawings made it easy to visualize the finished product. After choosing the cabinets, appliances etc. we agreed on a start date. On Thursday 1/26/12 the painters arrived and removed all the wallpaper in the kitchen. On Monday, 1/30/12, Drew arrived with his helper and they proceeded to gut the kitchen. By the end of the week they had not only gutted the kitchen, but had installed all the new cabinets, done most of the rough-in electrical work and some drywall work. On Friday the countertop contractor came and measured for the countertops. The next week Drew and his helper proceeded to finish all they could until the countertops arrived. The painter also came in and painted everything this week. On Monday, 2/13/12, the countertops were installed. the next two days were spent tiling the backsplash and final electric work. On Wednesday. 2/15/12, we had the final inspection and the job was complete. We were amazed at how quickly all the work had been completed. They said it would only take 3 weeks and it was done in 3 weeks. Note: Some of the other contractors said it would take 4-5 weeks to do the job. The kitchen is beautiful we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Kelly and Drew were both very professional, friendly and really great to work with.

I called them for an estimate and they said they could finish it in two weeks. I was skeptical because of the extent of the worked that needed done - they would be stripping my walls and ceiling and basically starting completely over. After two weeks they told me they were done and asked me if I was satisfied with the work, and I couldn't be happier!

From the initial call for an appointment, to the final goodbye to the service technician, it was perfect. The appointment scheduler was polite and friendly. The technician arrived on time and phoned before he arrived. He was clean, polite, friendly, knowledgable and professional. The repair was made quickly and the price for the part was reasonable. It was, without a doubt, the most pleasant service appointment I have ever had. I will be calling Ehrlich's again when I need help with any appliance.

The dryer is old and the service tech advised I would be money ahead to buy a new dryer. He could not guarantee that all the parts for the old dryer would be available once he got into it so he was very straightforward about the choices of getting something repaired versus getting a new model. I took his advice for getting something new so I was only charged a service call. I think the price was very fair and I made the right choice. They also were very prompt and I will use them again in the future. He also offered some good advice on brands for my new machine and was also courteous and polite.

Extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I looked at Ehrlich's rating on Angie's List and that's why I chose them. I called the appliance manufacturer first, and that didn't resolve them problem. The manufacturer actually referred me to a different company, but I looked at Angie's List, saw Ehrlich's and thought I'm going to try these guys. I'm kind of regretting it because the company came out and the company rep gave me heck for what I was doing with my dishwasher even though I thought I was following all the things I was supposed to be doing with it. I just stood there and took the beating. He got the dishwasher running again, but this dishwasher is renowned for being a quiet machine, and now it's no longer quiet. I feel they accomplished the task of getting the dishwasher going, but not the way it used to run. I am not completely satisfied with the job, but on the other hand, I didn't have to install a new pump. So they did save me some money, but the machine's not running like it used to.

Excellent. We returned from vacation to a warm and rancid smelling refrigerator. We called Ehrlich's on Thursday in the late afternoon and they were here Friday morning. I was very happy about that! The serviceman, Jim, was friendly and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem within a couple of minutes of opening the door. I asked him to order a few other parts and will have them installed upon their arrival.

They did a great job. I was here all the time when they were doing the job. The 2 main guys were here. They were very courteous and very professional.

Ehrlich's performed a completed gut and remodel, including design, of our kitchen. We felt confident in their work since they had completed two other jobs for us in the past of remodeling our bathrooms. Their performance was superb. The work was completed on time-in three weeks- and everything was exactly as promised. They kept us updated every day or so and made sure the house was as tidy as possible. Their workers were very conscientious and everything was done to perfection. The subs they used were excellent and their own crew, headed by Randy Smith, was amazing. We were extremely satisfied, once again.

We used them because a friend had recommended them and they had a good design. They had competitive pricing and the best design we saw. They were very professional, they had the project lined up well, they were on time, and it took less than 15 days. They did everything as advertised and they did everything that we asked for. They were realistic about what we wanted to do and what we didn’t want to do.

Erlich representative came to our home to look at our bathroom we wanted remodeled. He spent an hour with us and was very nice and informative. I asked him for a "ballpark" figure of what he thought he might cost. He said about 12 or 13 thousand dollars. That was in line with other estimates we received. But when we received the written estimate in the mail, the estimate was for over $21,000. We felt that was too far off the verbal guess he gave us when in our home. This made us feel uncomfortable with the company and we did not respond.

We like them a lot. They were on time and did what they had to do.

They were great. Carl is the main tech. He took care of me. The price negotiation, installation and service were all really well done.
