Drew Ehrlich has worked within our house for years, including renovation of another bathroom, basement and total kitchen remodeling. We are adding a 1000 square foot addition and Ehrlichs built the bathroom.
The entire company and all subcontractors were superb. They pre-ordered all of the provisions, cabinets, flooring, sinks, bath, etc. so that the entire bathroom project was done in an efficient and speedy manner. Within 2 weeks, an empty space was converted into a luxury bathroom with large tub, shower with multiple body sprays, double marble sinks. Everyone from the tile man, plumber, electrician,worked well together, even working on Saturday and Sunday mornings to complete the job. The result is a beautiful, highly functional bathroom. Frank was the lead man on the job and was terrific, communicating frequently and coordinating everything. The owner, Drew, oversaw the entire project and assured our satisfaction.
We have used Ehrlichs in the past and recommend them highly. We would never use anyone else.

The gentleman sent out was very professional and did the job correctly.  This was after using another appliance service that misdiagnosed the issue and could not fix it.  I'm very pleased and would use them again.  After he left I double checked his work and discovered that he took the extra step and fabricated a plate that was missing on the refrigerator to increase the efficiency.  Could not ask for any better service.

Excellent and timely service.  They commit to a start and finish date and make every effort to meet them.  We have used them approximately 6 times on projects.  

Ehrlichs was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely neat!  They were always punctual in the morning and out of the house by 5 unless we asked them to stay for discussion.  They always left the house cleaner than when they arrived.
They offer a wide variety of products in their showroom and referred us to specific vendors for anything from hardware to fixtures and windows.  They gave us very detailed drawings for approval before we started each project and worked with us very closely to insure we got the result we wanted.  Our project began in the spring of 2012 - the kitchen was completed by summer.  We then took a break and began the bathroom projects later but the entire process was about 9 months or a little more.
They are a little pricier than some but the comfort, trust level, and quality of the products and their work makes it worth the extra expense. They were recommended to us by two other families and we would not hesitate to recommend them.  We believe the work they did has increased the value of our home much more than the cost of the work.

I am very happy with all the work done by Ehrlich and the subcontractor they hired. Everything from the design work to installation was well done. One thing I especially liked was their willingness to accommodate my schedule. They were able to fit smaller parts of the project in early and did the bigger, bath portion, at a later date. Strengths of the company are attention to detail and respect for and protection of the home where they work. Floors were covered and dust barriers erected to minimize disruption of the household. All employees were courteous and pleasant. This company has done work for me in another home several years ago and it was a success as well. I would definitely recommend these people and hire them again myself.

The model number gave me said 93% efficiency but when I called train and ran the serial number. They said it was not 93% efficiency it was for 90% efficiency. I also looked on line it was also 90% efficiency.

I stopped by briefly on a Saturday.  I was told my information would be passed on and I should receive a call on Monday from someone to come out and spec the job.  I never received a follow up call, nor did I prompt them to follow up to earn income from a job.  Did not use.

Ehrlich's was recommended by a co-worker of mine. Kelley, the Ehrlich designer we worked with, provided the design and pricing details. He provided several iterations with detail pricing for each. Kelley was great to work with; very knowledgeable about the products he provided. After the contract was signed, installation was scheduled (approximatley 2 months in advance) providing ample time for material to be ordered and delivered and for us to make preparations for the construction. Two (2) installers, who worked for Ehrlich's (not subcontractors), were assigned to the job and worked for a solid three weeks to complete the job. These guys were top notch and very skilled. Both very approachable and happy to provide details on the installation and status. When needed, other Ehrlich's employees were called upon for special tasks such as running the gas line for the stove and drywall repair work. This job went off without a hitch. The job and resulting kitchen is absolutely top notch.

Called provider who has serviced our appliances (clothes washer/dryer and refrigerator) for some time only to find out that and quot;the guy who repaired dryers retired two years ago and we dont have a repalcement.
I initially did not submit review because no work was completed.

However it has been 15 plus years ago. However as this is a family business I would expect they continue with high quality work. They also remodeled a kitchen with terrific results

The repairman was very prompt. He was extremely competent and courteous. He explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to repair it. The cost was very reasonable. Considering that they could have told me anything and charged me for all kinds of unnecessary repairs. I will absolutely use this company again.

They were very fair in their pricing.  They did excellent work.  I had another company come out first and give me a quote; they were much higher for the same amount of work Ehrlich's performed for me. I was very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend them to family and friends in the future.

I'll begin by saying that we are so impressed by this business, their work, and the professionalism of their employees. When we were seeking a contractor to perform kitchen and bath remodeling in our home, friends of ours recommended Drew Erlich as he had remodeled their kitchen, and he had done an outstanding job. Drew spent a lot of time with us in our home and in his showroom before the project began. Much of that time was to understand our wants/needs and to select materials. Drew and his team gutted one bathroom, gutted all but the cabinetry in a second bathroom (we wanted to keep the updated cabinetry which is in excellent condition), redesigned a laundry room and repurposed half of the space to install a new pantry as an extension to our kitchen, laid new tile in the kitchen and pantry, built a wall between two rooms, installed plumbing shut off valves in three locations, coordinated the install of new granite in both bathrooms, the pantry and an office and coordinated the painting of all the remodeled rooms. Drew and his team were in our home for five weeks. To us, this was a big remodeling project. Drew's workmanship is exceptional. Drew's professionalism is exceptional; he carefully managed our expectations and he exceeded our expectations with the entire project. Drew and every member of his team and sub-contractor that he used were professional, punctual (every day he arrived on or before the time he said he'd arrive and every day he did not leave before telling us what time we could expect him the next day. Every day without fail!) We highly recommend Drew for any remodeling project. Because we were so impressed by his work, we then asked his brother, Clarke, to help us with our Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration needs. We have been very impressed by Clarke and each member of his team.



I assume many consumers are like me/us, and they join Angie's List so they can learn about excellent service providers and avoid problems with service providers.. Erlich's is a remarkable business, and we highly recommend them.

The first time we decided to remodel the kitchen, we were like and quot;fish out of waterand quot;. We must have had 10 companies bidding on the work and in total confusion. Our neighbor was the St. Louis Sales Manager for Moen and my late husband mentioned our dilemma to him. He immediately said, and quot;I wouldn't use any company but Ehrlich's to do MY kitchenand quot;. A referral from their supplier was enough for us. They came out on time, helped with the design, making excellent recommendations which had not occurred to us. They then returned with a professional 3-D CAD presentation of the project, which was perfect, as opposed to their SNOBBISH competitors, who came with hand drawn scribbles. We visited their offices/showroom to pick out everything...no running here...running there to look at different products. Ehrlich's has it ALL, including appliances right there. Since everything is CUSTOM through Ehrlich's (unlike and quot;big boxand quot; prefab products) it took a little while to begin the work. We put a terribly unrealistic timeline on the project, wanting it finished for the Holidays. Drew and Hal put a and quot;RUSHand quot; on all the materials, and by George, they finished a week before Christmas. They were also able to recommend an EXCELLENT painting company that did a beautiful job on a new (at the time) high tec finish that we sought. That was expensive (our choice...not the contractor price), but 18 years later, the finish is STILL flawless and maintenance free. The experience was the same the second time around. Family owned, this company takes pride in their work. You don't call a year later and the whole staff has changed and no one knows anything about you or the project. The second time, they still had the original plans and bid.

I called one day, they said the scheduler would call back the next day to set up an appointment. They had not called by 3:00 the next day so we called them. We were able to get an appointment for the following day. The repair person came on time and problem was fixed. I felt the rate charged was about average - $90. This did not include any parts. I was happy with the service and would use them again.

The company gave us a two hour window of when to expect them. They called before arriving. They arrived on time. The work was done in a professional manner.

He is very responsible, knowledgeable and professional. And he came out and gave me an honest opinion and that is what I needed.

Used this company for various repairs from a/c and furnace, bathroom remodel, plumbing. They are punctual. They did the job performed. Returned to repair obvious problems. On one plumbing job, the technician was having trouble with something. There was a lot of cursing under neath the sink. I do feel, this was inappropriate. Workers for the most part have bland attitudes although gets the job started and done. Depending on service, I would use this company again. I always research several companies before work in my home gets done. Sometimes those on Angies List are great and some with great reviews are not so much. Always check with Angies List, BBB, and with others, as well as checking on licensing and insurance.

The repair man was a delightful guy; he not only fixed the dishwasher but gave us other tips on operating the dishwasher. He also had dog treats for my dog. I would not hesitate to call them again and thought the pricing was good. I will use them again in the future.
