It was great! I love them. They have good customer service, they have drop off and pick up and they were able to fix my car instead of offering a new tire. They also gave reasonable pricing.

Check engine light was on. Toyota car dealership did diagnostic and determined the problem was the catalytic converter. Because of the price the dealership quoted for the repair I decided to check Angie's list. I took the car to Auto World and told them about the diagnosis from the dealer. They did a diagnostic and came up with the same diagnosis. The price quoted was $500+ cheaper than the dealership. The part was ordered and repair scheduled. Work was performed the same day. The staff was friendly and professional.

It went pretty good. They were pretty good. I ended up spending a lot more money than I expected but they got the job done. My interaction with them was fairly decent. They're fairly amicable. The work turned out fairly good. I have a little bit of a problem with the brakes. It didn't work out as well as I would like but they do work.

one word: AMAZEBALLS! ;) based on reviews *only*, I purchased the brake pad coupon off Angies List for $89.00. Purchased online and booked for next day. This shop is located in Hazelwood and even though this is my neck of the woods, I have passed it a million times and never seen it sitting right behind Arbys. This is a very busy, professional shop with quite a few bays and mechanics-coffee and treats as well in the waiting area. In at 8am and was out at by 10am. It was an extremely pleasant experience, once the work was complete the guy went over items that I would possibly need in the future-I was given a very detailed sheet showing everything they inspected and the status of each. Since I drive a foreign sports car, I braced myself when he called me up but there were NO upsells to ANYTHING. No gimmicks. No hey you need this and its an additional $$$$. Nothing. I'm pretty sure he thought I was loopy because I kind of stood there waiting for the 'supermechanic-ese sales talk' to begin. Nope. Just here you go, thank you for your business and out the door. WHAHHHHHHH???? ;) I will be back for my oil changes and the two additional items they said I needed down the line. They also fixed my door lock/unlock frame which had just came loose on my way there that morning!!! I am extremely hard to impress and I was impressed. My brakes are tight and right-try this shop, you won't regret it. p.s. for the ladies: as a woman, it is very difficult to find quality, honesty, comfort and affordability. Usually, I am at the "stealership" wondering if I am going to have to give away a month's worth of pay when they get done. Very grateful to have access to the best shops in my area like Auto World.

Just stopped by afternoon with my Angie's Coupon for the brake job, expecting I would have to schedule it after the holiday, but Charles arranged for work same day and honored another coupon I had for A/C recharge. Barry gave me a ride to and from work, which I hadn't expected and was very much appreciated so I could get work done. Very responsive and very good customer service. Wouldn't have known about the great shop if it hadn't been for Angie's list.

They were fabulous. They were very nice and professional. They showed me where the filters are. They did not charge me for the filter. It was half of what I would have had to pay somewhere else. It is not a comfortable waiting room. The chairs are uncomfortable. I highly recommend them. They seem sincere to provide the best service at the lowest possible price. I would use them again.

This was my first time to use Auto World and I was very pleased. They gave me choices and let me know that in the future I would need something but they didn't pressure me to do it if I didn't want to. I will definitely use them again.

They are fantastic! I was going to buy a car from a nearby dealer. I am an AAA member, so I called them to see who in the area could complete a pre-purchase inspection. Auto World was the closest on the list and we went there. It was the end of the day and they were able to get us right in because we had called in advance. The guy came out to us and asked us into his shop to take a look at what he had found. He found all kinds of problems with the car we are looking at and showed them to us. When we asked him what we should offer for the car, he advised us that the problems were so serious that we should not even purchase the car. The frame that was holding the motor was rusted and the motor could just drop out. When we went into the shop to thank them and pay for the service, he declined our payment. In this particular situation, he was not going to charge us for looking at "junk". He even advised us on these models of cars and the problems that he has typically run into. He really saved us from purchasing a car that was in horrible condition and even recommended us to another car dealer around the corner.

I have been using their services for about 5 years after my son recommended them to me. I am very happy with what they do. They are conveniently located near me. They are very easy to talk to and understand what I want.

After one week, they said they sent it off to AAMCO. When I called to check on the process, they said it was taking a little longer than expected to get the transmission out of the car. Two weeks passed and they said they were having trouble getting the new transmission back in. I ended up going there and found out they never even had the transmission and it was shipped to the wrong location. There was also grease all over the floorboard and they had driven my car almost 3,000 miles. I refused to pay them for anything and took my car off their lot. When we took the car to the local Dodge dealership, they were able to re-set the computer and that repaired the transmission issue.

Great service, fast turnaround. No charge for diagnostic work in this case. Wiper blades buy one get one free.

Done correctly on time as promised, no surprises, very professional. Provided free ride to my home. Note: I have used Auto World for nearly all my auto repair work for over 15 years.
