one word: AMAZEBALLS! ;) based on reviews *only*, I purchased the brake pad coupon off Angies List for $89.00. Purchased online and booked for next day. This shop is located in Hazelwood and even though this is my neck of the woods, I have passed it a million times and never seen it sitting right behind Arbys. This is a very busy, professional shop with quite a few bays and mechanics-coffee and treats as well in the waiting area. In at 8am and was out at by 10am. It was an extremely pleasant experience, once the work was complete the guy went over items that I would possibly need in the future-I was given a very detailed sheet showing everything they inspected and the status of each. Since I drive a foreign sports car, I braced myself when he called me up but there were NO upsells to ANYTHING. No gimmicks. No hey you need this and its an additional $$$$. Nothing. I'm pretty sure he thought I was loopy because I kind of stood there waiting for the 'supermechanic-ese sales talk' to begin. Nope. Just here you go, thank you for your business and out the door. WHAHHHHHHH???? ;) I will be back for my oil changes and the two additional items they said I needed down the line. They also fixed my door lock/unlock frame which had just came loose on my way there that morning!!! I am extremely hard to impress and I was impressed. My brakes are tight and right-try this shop, you won't regret it.
p.s. for the ladies: as a woman, it is very difficult to find quality, honesty, comfort and affordability. Usually, I am at the "stealership" wondering if I am going to have to give away a month's worth of pay when they get done. Very grateful to have access to the best shops in my area like Auto World.
