They are professional and they charge what an electrical would charge and they are trustworthy to do it right.

They could not give us an exact date of when they would perform the service but did call us a couple of days before to let us know they were coming. The service took 2 days to perform due to weather and an extra circuit that was needed upgraded. The inspector from the city gave his seal of approval the next week and all is currently well. We are very happy with the job and will be using Kay Bee in the future.

It went very well. I was suprised with the cost.  There was no money to be paid up front. The invoice doesn't have to paid for the next 30 days. I even got a 10% discount. I would recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very nice and congenial, he came in early and cleaned after himself.

They're excellent. I thought they were reasonable an they did a very good job. They costed me around $1700.

A wide variety of electrical services. Dale did the job and to perfection WOW - I would ask for dale again .

I had a positive experience with them. They were very professional and I had to kind of check to see when they were coming but they came right out to do the estimate but then trying to get in touch with them again was little hard but I would say overall everything was positive. When they came out they were on time in fact they were ahead of time. They were very nice, cleaned up everything and did a wonderful job. I had no problems with them.

On time, on budget, excellent profession, skilled resources.   Have used several times and will use again should a need arise for electrical services.

As I said above, they were very professional and friendly.  It couldn't have gone any better.  They took the electrical system in our 1978 house and updated the whole thing to where we could sell the house today with no further electrical updates required to meet inspection standards.

I had to remodel a room in my house. I took all the drywall and tiling out. I stripped it down totally and then looked for an electrician to do the rewiring. I wanted the electrician to have complete access to the whole wiring system. Kay Bee sent their appraiser out. Nice fellow and straightforward. I had 3 other bids and Kay Bee Electrical  fell in the middle to high on cost. Their reputation sold them to me. The other bids were shortcutting some of the code and I didn't like that. I know this happens but safety is of the utmost importance to me. I placed the order with Kay Bee Electrical and things got done exactly the way they said in their bid. They're from my home town and I do believe in giving my business to those who are local. They did a great job and I'd recommend them.

It was outstanding. Their service tech was very punctual and took time to explain things. He provided excellent customer service. I was dealing with family issues and he took the time to help set up our Christmas tree that had fallen over. He took a very personal interest in his work which you don't see anymore.

They came in and did the work, and did an excellent job, cleaned up behind themselves.   He just did an excellent job from start to finish.

We called Kay Bee about doing a job for us. When we told the woman answering the phone we were in U.City, she said she could send someone over within the half hour. One of the electricians had just finished a job south of here and could stop by one the way to the shop in Florissant.He showed up quickly.We wanted the electrician to install new outlets in our unfinished basement, We expected he would install it on one of the wooden columns that supports the stairway, but he said he could install it on the concrete wall right where we needed it. H did so perfectly in an an hour and a half. It works and looks as good as one can expect in an unfinished basement. 
They sent us an itemized bill for $165  including $32.14 for parts.

The electrician came early, was friendly and professional. He didn't hesitate to answer questions and showed me where the problems were. Within about 3 hours he repaired our outlets, switch and installed 5 new fixtures. When he left, the areas he worked in were clean and you would have never know he was here. This is our second experience hiring Kay Bee and both times we were very satisfied. The first time wasn't a fluke! It's a pleasure doing business with professionals who respect their customers.

They were excellent. Their communication was great. They were timely. The actual electrician that came out was very friendly and very professional. The owner also came out to give me a quote himself. He looked at us really specifically on the things that we wanted and didn't push us to put in other accessories that we weren't interested. They are Union Electric Service and they are expensive. It was pricey, but it was actually the best quote so that's part of the reason we went with them too. We would use them again in the future.

Great! The electrician arrived on time, came in and inspected the area for placement. He returned to the truck to get supplies. At completion, he explained the work and the electrical box.

He was here for 2 hours and also put in an outlet in the basement. His work was very neat and he was good at what he did. He was k knowledgeable about a couple of other things and we were pleased with his work. He was professional, responsive and punctual.

They are trustworthy and excellent professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. Pricing is very fair competitively.

Kaybee gave great service and workmanship. They fixed an exhaust fan that two other companies couldn't. It was an excellent experience and I'll call them for all my electrical work.

Overall, I am very impressed with this company. They were as nice as nice could be and their prices were more than reasonable. Although they were there for only 20 minutes, I was charged for an hour, which I understand and was perfectly willing to comply with. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be calling on them in the future for any electrical issues I may have.
