The contact from Terri was prompt and complete and we were able to work out a date very easily. I was called the morning of the work to let me know when they would be here (within a 2 hour time frame), and they were right on time. The work was done efficiently, thoroughly, and cleanup complete. VERY pleased!!

I feel that Andy is trustworthy, responsible and does craftsman type work. He did some major repairs last year and I am contracting him again for my house currently. He is able to do a wide variety of work. He also offered suggestions to complement my decorating style when I asked him for an opinion regarding style of interior doors and hardware he will be replacing. Andy’s wife Terri handles the business end of the company. She is always responsive and any needed communication to Andy gets to him accurately. The estimates were professionally presented. Prices are in the moderate range. I am willing to pay his charges knowing I can give him a key and that the work will be done as discussed, with a quality outcome. In addition we recently contracted him for my mother’s house to prepare it for sale.When we asked him to do my mother’s work he fit it in and completed it in time to be ready for the closing. I felt confident enough to simply give him a list of the needed items and let him work on them. The charges were fair when completed and I felt he went above and beyond in doing that work for us.

I saw a special for two hours of work from Andy's Home and Business Repair. I immediately purchased the special. I've dealt with Andy before and truly believe that he is the best out there. He cares about his reputation, is smart, innovative, pleasant, and does excellent work at a fair price. I didn't think that he would get to all of the work I had on my list, but he did. I'm very pleased with the work that he performed, as usual.

I bought the Anglie's List special for 2 hours of work for $79. In exactly two hours, Andy installed the two faucets. From what I can tell, he did an excellent job. I was led to believe he was available after the two hours to do additional work at $79/hour, and I had other small jobs for him to do. However, I guess there was a misunderstanding because he had another job he had to get to promptly, and was unable to do the additional work at that time.

Terri and Andy were very quick to respond to my request for a bid on a number of items identified w/issues from a house inspection that was required before obtaining a occupancy permit. Their estimate was very thorough, and reasonably priced. They were prompt with dates scheduled to perform the work and completed the work on time. There were no issues found w/the work during the re-inspection.

He was here on time, got everything on the list accomplished. Was very personable and seemed very well versed on alomost anything in the house that needed to be done.

They were booked until March 11th and I needed to work done before then.

Andy came right away when we called him about a leak in our downstairs ceiling. He found that it was coming from the kitchen (under the fridge). He fixed the leak upstairs in the kitchen pipes and then fixed the ceiling downstairs. His wife came with him and helped him during the process. They were great and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I'll be calling him the next time I need a handyman again.

I think I called on a Friday, and Andy was able to make it to the house the next day to give us an estimate, which arrived quickly via email. Andy and his co-worker performed the work very well and actually got done a day early! Andy's wife Terri, who manages the appointments and paperwork, was excellent about getting back with us in a timely manner and keeping us informed. I thought they all did an excellent job.

This company is the definition of the small, family-owned business that makes America a great place. Andy, his wife, Terri and their team offer quick, reliable, quality home renovations and repairs. We were on a tight schedule with my parent's house and needed concrete repair work and miscellaneous handyman service work done so we could close the sale. Andy went out of his way to meet me on my schedule in that I live 25 miles from the house. They did a great job on the concrete stair repairs, crack filling -- he even offered to color the concrete so that it would closely match the existing surface -- it looks great. I found them to be exactly who they said they were -- skilled at their job, professional in their manner and true to their word. A great job at a fair price. I'd definitely use them again. They even cleaned up the leaves in the front of the house which wasn't part of the bid!

Terri has. I had a definite price and a contract to sign listing everything that I wanted done. I will definitely call Andy's again and recommend to my friends.

He was able to save me a lot of my by making repairs and not replacing the ceiling. Andy and his wife were very helpful and would use them again.

Andy came out for an estimate on several jobs. We originally had sticker shock, but knew we wanted him to do the work because we like him so much and knew we would get our money's worth. We scheduled through Terri and were given a date that was later than we originally had planned, but again, we wanted to use Andy, so we got over it. We're so glad we did! The sticker shock quickly went away when we saw the scope of the work that he and his crew did. We had asked for a repair in the wall of our old, terracotta block carport, which is starting to crumble. The estimate said "repair and parge interior" but we didn't realize he meant to repair the hole and skim-coat the ENTIRE interior, both sides, of the carport, ready for a coat of paint! It was so above and beyond what we expected for the price we were paying! Andy came back the next morning to fix a hole in the original plaster of our den ceiling; it looks great despite his warnings that it might not be perfect (of course at 90 years old, it would be ideal to replace the whole ceiling with drywall). Andy is so kind and honest, he's wonderful to work with. And Terri (his wife and office guru) is just wonderful and easy to reach, and when our project was finished, we felt like part of their family! We will definitely use them again, and next time I'll ask for a very specific explanation of the scope of work, so that I know what I'm paying for, and appreciate the value up front!

The process was professional from start to finish. I called to have an estimate completed. He was punctual and provided very reasonable terms. He started the work as planned on the given date. He completed the work in 2 days and the driveway looks terrific.

The project took a total of 5 days, it was the same three men that came each day. They are outstanding carpenters. They installed interior french doors which were flawless and they were very easy to get along with. Very honest and dependable men. They show so much pride in their workmanship.

Andy knew exactly what needed to be done and gave a reasonable estimate. Work was started quickly and finished in a timely manner. I just gave them a key and did not need to be there. The best part was the excellent job they did. I found them on Angie's List and will definitely use them again!

The company completed the work as we discussed and within the estimate timeframe. The workers ensured they cleaned after each day and didn’t leave any trash. Andy was very personal and made sure each stage of the project was professionally done. I would definitely hire this company again for other projects.

Andy and his employee were polite and punctual on each day that they were here. They installed the doors and did some repair of water damaged trim near the doors. He was very knowledgeable and was able to successfully deal with the couple of surprises they found along the way. I was able to comfortably ask questions and get answers that I understood. They made sure that I was "secure" at night--with doors that locked--before being done for the day.

The guy is good at what he does. His approach is not all business. He comes into your home more like if you were hiring your uncle to repair something. He is very opinionated. It is good and bad. He told us about how some of wiring was done awful, which we already knew. You work hard to keep your home clean and together and when a person comes in and starts talking like that, I am like hey, I have to live here. At the same time he really doing his job. He is thorough and extensive, but it is his professionalism. I like his personal touch.

They were responsive to our call. He came out and gave us an estimate for the work and performed it in a timely manner.
