On time, very efficient and courteous

When I called to arrange for the work, the person I was speaking to asked questions to make sure that he understood what needed to be done. I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. The gentleman who did the work arrived right on time. He looked at the old dryer vent in the basement and quickly recognized the problem. He cut a new piece of vent to replace the old one, and connected it with a clamp, rather than some kind of tape so that it wouldn't come loose from the vibration of running the dryer. He also cleaned the vent both in the basement and in the utility room. After that he replaced the washer hoses, with metal ones that I had on hand. He was very professional and easy to work with.

Found on AL and called to perform a chimney sweep. They were able to schedule the service the same day (a Saturday) and arrived on time. Both of the gentlemen were courteous and walked me through what the process would be. They made additional recommendations for services they provide, but did not pressure or hard sell anything. The job went well and our chimney & fireplace looked great. I would recommend and plan on using them again.

I called them and they answered the phone and were very informative about my chimney and the need to clean and inspect it. The worker showed up on time was very nice and very informative. I would definetly use them angain and recommend them.

It went okay, but there was still a lot of ashes left in my chimney, and when they got to the heating system, they just removed the front panel, looked at it, and said everything seemed okay. As far as the air duct for my dryer, they said that what I had installed on it wasn't correct, and that they could replace it with the correct vent for an extra fee. I had put the current vent on so I decided to pass on their offer.

Two men arrived a little late. Performed cleaning. Pointed out a problem - the dryer had signs of a hot spot where the paint was damaged, probably from the vent needing cleaning. Spoke and acted in a professional manner; unfortunately one of the men smelled of alcohol and looked like a bum. Enough said.

The service turned out well. They were prompt when doing the service. The price was much more reasonable than anyone else. They scheduled the work quickly.

He was thorough, professional, and prompt. We thought there was an issue with our chimey but he spent a lot of time up on the roof, checked the chimney thoroughly and confirmed that nothing was wrong.

They were very hard to reach by phone and kept using the wrong phone number to contact me after telling them several times. I took the day off to meet them and they were supposed to be there between 11am-1pm. They were to call when they were on their way so about 12pm I called them to see when they were expecting to be there. They said they could get a hold of me at my work number so they cancel it for that day. I said I have been there all day and to call be at my cell phone number. I told them I did want to take another day off to get this done. First she said she could get it done that day. I was firm about getting it done that day sense it seemed to me they made a weak attempt to get in touch with me. She said she would call me back after talking to her boss. I waited and no call, so I called my work voice mail and sure enough she left me a message at the wrong number again. I called her back and they were sending a crew over. They did do an very average job clean and spent more time trying to sell me more serves.

I purchased a home and prior to closing needed to get the chimney and flue cleaned and inspected respectively. I called Absolute and they honored the price from Angie's List. They were prompt and provided me with a timely invoice and report of their inspection and cleaning. I was not there when they actually did the work, but the former owner of the home was, and all went well with no complaints.

Technicians (2) arrived promptly and were very professional. I showed them to the fireplace and they went to work cleaning out the soot and inspecting the fireplace for any possible issues. Technicians completed the work in a timely manner and then explained to me what work had been completed and indicated no issues were found. Pointers for building a fire, venting, and cleaning were also provided. The workers were very efficient, cleaning up after they finished and reviewing all their work with me. I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again in the future.

They showed up on time and within days of purchasing the special deal. They were efficient and very professional. They answered questions I had about the condition of my chimney and several small cracks in the mortar and told me they could repair if I chose at a later date but that the fireplace was safe to use.

I found a coupom for $99 on the Angie's List site and decided to make an appointment. The workers arrived on time and came in to see where the fireplace was. When they saw I had cats they told men that they would leave the door slightly ajar to bring in the vacuum hose from their truck, so I put my cats in another room so they could not get out They put down a tarp to prevent dirt from getting on the carpet, removed the grate and swept out debris. Next they inserted a brush in the chimney, loosen the soot,and vacuumed it out. The whole thing was done quickly and cleanly. The workers were very courteous. When I offered the coupon, they surprised me by saying that the coupon would also include checking and cleaning the dryer vent and the furnace. What a great deal! I would call them again and have already recommended them to friends.

They were able to schedule me within a day or two of my call. On the scheduled day, they called to see if it was possible to come earlier (open time). I was pleased to have them come at the earlier time...freed up my afternoon. They arrived on time and were very polite. They were thorough and expedient. They even advised me of some potential problems with my dryer vent - loose outdoor cap and alternatives to the type of hose material I was using. Well worth the money!
