Absolute Clean

We only contracted the company to clean the chimney not to come into our home inspecting things. We did not know if this person was certified to say, do, and give a written report like he did.. We did not request that type of service.

Gave us advise on how frequently we should have ours cleaned. Offered to honor the price on future cleanings. Very nice people and it looks like they did a good job. Even though it involved messy work, they did an awesome job of keeping it clean while they worked and cleaned up nicely at the end too.

This summer our basement flooded not once but twice. It is a finished basement and the flooding created quite a problem. We just cleaned up after the first flood and were looking for someone to repair the problem when our basement flooded again. Several contractors came to our house and gave us an estimate. All but one contractor was quick to tell us this was only an estimate. The price was not firm because they had no way to know what problems they may encounter. Only one contractor broke it down in sections. If it was just the sump pumps it would be X amount, if it was a drain tile it would be X amount more, etc. Paul was also the only one to guarantee his work. We agreed on a price and work started the next week. He noticed our water soaked carpets and volunteered the use of industrial dehumidifiers and fans. (These rent for around $300/day.) When the work began we had a very happy surprise. Unbeknownced to us we had drain tile. If Paul were not an honest man, we would have paid for something we didn't need. Our sump pumps were replaced and a few minor problems were corrected. Our basement has been dry ever since. Any time that I will need services like this again, I will let Paul know.

David and Dave showed up a little late. David called and said they would be late, but they were a little later than he said. Dave works for the company but is learning this part of the business. They were very professional and put down a cloth to keep equipment off the floor. David was very informative about what they were doing and gave advice on what to do in the future.

There was some confusion about the location of our home. I recall giving very specific information so that the person would not go to the wrong address. Somehow, they called late to say they must have taken the wrong turn. That was somewhat confusing and due to the misstep my confidence in their skill or sense of direction was expressed and I said they did not need to come as it was getting late. The Chimney sweep asked that he be allowed to get the job done and he would not charge. We fully intended to pay provided he could arrive immediately. He came with someone who actually did the work and we paid for the service as originally agreed as the charge was already made thru our credit card when we signed up for the DEAL.

The service went well. The individuals cleaned our chimney and did not leave a mess. We have not complaints.

Perfect. Paul showed up on time and did a great job. Took the time to explain what he was doing and what he saw in the process. Paul also took the time to fully explain how the gas assembly worked and how to safely use it. We are a very satisfied customer and would recommend his services without any concern. Thanks Paul.

I was happy with the service. The guys were friendly and scheduling an appointment was easy.

They pefromed the job quickly and to my satisfaction. They offered to instpect my other ductwork while they were there. At first I was worried this would turn into the "Jiffy Lube" process, where they lure you in with a lowball price for a service you need and try to sell other things you don't necessarily need. So I was happily surprised to see them tell me "no, you don't need duct cleaning". That kind of refreshing honesty from a contractor was really nice. So, what I'm saying is if they try to tell you that you need duct cleaning, you probably actually do. On top of this, they offered me the same price on my next cleaning, good through 2018. Since the price was HALF of what I paid to have it done last time, I am really thrilled with this company.

They were on time, clean and professional. They examined my dryer vent and discovered a critical problem which could have caused a fire. They replaced the dryer hose on the spot.

Found a problem with the dryer vent and climbed in attic to repain it.

Vendor showed up on time. Cleaned flue, firebox, and even emptied my ash can in the house. Very clean and professional.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They did a good job. They provided the work that they agreed to do, they were courteous, cleaned up, and did a good job.

The service person was friendly and knowledgable. He cleaned the chimney and advise of a couple bricks in the fireplace that needed grouting. I was very pleased with the service and recommend this company to others, as they were very customer-oriented.

I had a very short time frame to get every thing done and they were responsive and professional. They completed the job in a shorter amount of time than expected.

They did an excellent job, arriving on time and performing the job promptly. They left everything spic and span.

They were punctual, professional, and thorough. We still smell the soot smell from our fireplace occasionally, but at least I know that it is safe.

They did a dryer vent cleaning. I had hoped for a deeper cleaning. My dryer is already filling up with lent again.

One party looked at fireplace and said it looked fine. Did not light it to see if all worked as it should. ???? While this went on the other party looked at my furnace and told me my duct work should be cleaned then proceeded to quote me prices. Kind of felt this was sort of a bait & switch deal. I have a very reliable company to check my furnace and a/c every year.

THe individuals were fantastic workers. Quiet and quick to respond to any questions with answers and advice. Very clean and respectful. Look forward to having them next year for the annual inspection of the fireplace. They went the extra miles when the dryer vent we were using was clogged and was not able to determine where the clog was based upon the complicated way the vent was constructed. The old vent system was a fire waiting to happen. They went to the local Lowe's and found a system that was safe and easy to set up. They felt better with the new system and could leave knowing the environment was safe for my family.
