One Stop Shop business. Initially hired to repair door & inspect water damage to house band board. Discovered through inspection that home wasnt wrapped prior to sliding installation in 1997 & that the exterior plywood walling was rotten below windows & water about to enter home. Mr. Reed was able to repair the band board & exterior walls & installed metal flashing & wrapping material preventing future water entry to band board & exterior walls prior to installing siding.

Will did a fine job and since I had to rely on his judgement he made me feel that I was in good hands. He took care to be sure that that my deck was repaired properly and also would look good. I'd hire him again for future projects and I've already recommended him to a friend.

My exterior renovation for gutters and siding was overdue because I was afraid of not being able to find the right contractor. I am a pastor and I can say thank God for bringing Covenant Contracting to me. William submitted a very detailed proposal, explained to me clearly what will be done, and finished the job exactly according to what they promised. Not only that, he made suggestions to make my house looks nice with better protection. I am completely satisfied with their work and I would like to suggest Covenant Contracting to anyone for any projects. They are a company worthy 5+ rating.

I am a new homeowner, young and still learning and was completely taken advantage of. I hired this company to do my deck rail on the stairs only and to install a strap for support on the stairs. For 12 ballisters and about 45 minutes worth of labor they charged me 300 dollars. I had no idea that this was a crazy amount. Now I learn that they installed the ballisters wrong and not up to code for any decks. The middle board should have been moved down and was not, and the ballisters should have been longer so that there wasn't a gap. Completely took advantage of a young family.

Professional workmanship. Prompt and completed the job when he said he would. Went over and above to repair several things that were not part of the contract. I will most certainly use Will again for other projects and recommend him to family and friends.

I have had this problem with my deck for several years and no one could figure out how to fix it. Will came out knew what needed to be done and fixed it that same day. Now I can entertain on my beautiful deck again!!!!!

The company did very professional work and started and finished the job in a timely manner as promised. Will was very responsive to my questions and concerns and I would use him again on other projects and certainly recommend him to others.

Will was very prompt at calling and setting expectation for when he would be there for an estimate. He was on time, provided a very reasonable estimate, repaired the soffit and facia and cleaned up efficiently.

William Reed is very exceptional as siding and windows. I use to rehab houses and they did a lot of stuff on those houses.
