Perimeter treatment, including specific treatment for any out of the ordinary insects (ants, etc.). Will treat indoors upon request - figuring it's best not to have to use pesticides indoors on a routine basis. Though we haven't required it for several years, they will come back and re-treat, in addition to their normal quarterly treatment. We've been using Blue Chip since 1999 and they have served us well. Termite treatment is handled separately.

They have called several times to check on the trap. This company is very nice and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The service was provided according to the date that they initially emailed about. My only issue was that I had emailed back asking for a the next day or day after to see if the service provider could spray on the inside of the house when I was home. Usually, they are good about responding right away, but this time I didn't get a response and the service date was unchanged. Hopefully, this was just a fluke.

Went extremely well. The service technician Jason was very pleasant and conscientious. It is obvious that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work, giving excellent service, and exceeding clients' expectations. He was very helpful in answering many of the basic questions that I had and went out of his way to assist me with extermination issues not included in the routine service but of course within the limits of what I am paying for. He is the only worker I have ever had for any service who praised the management of his company. Overall, it was a very positive experience for something as mundane as routine scheduled service.

They guarantee for a year so if anything happens within a year, you can call them back and they come right back out and they did. I thought it was a little expensive but it worked. They came right out.

We were led to believe that they were going to spray the entire house inside and out. This would include all rooms, closets, garage, basement and the perimeter (outside) of our home. The exterminator arrived on time but would only spray some rooms and the basement and the garage. He did not spray bedrooms and bedroom closets. I watched him closely so I know what he did and didn?t do. We saw bugs of all kinds in the rooms that he would not spray months afterwards.

Blue Chip provides routine outside bug service for us. We called them a few weeks ago because we had ants in our bathroom a few days after the outside service was performed. They sent someone out the next day to treat the bathroom inside, and within 2 days we were ant-free. I appreciated their quick response. I also like they way they called me a few weeks later to make sure the bugs were still taken care of. Overall, we're much happier with Blue Chip than we were with Orkin.

Blue chip was very prompt, and the service technician was awesome. They were timely, and now my problem is solved. Would use them again!

Great--I have had a problem with ants in and outside the house. I have large colonies of ants all around. I have not had any problems with ants inside since they started. They come ever 2 months and spray outside. If I see any problems they immediately come by to spray again and take care of the problems. They are very polite and have me given me great advice to prevents problems.

Honestly, I don't think it works very well. I was excited because mosquitoes love me and I always had to use multiple products to be outside in the evenings. This summer was particularly bad so I finally decided to give this a try. But, for us, it was definitely not worth it. After the first treatment it seemed slightly reduced but definitely not eliminated. I called them at that point and asked them to cancel the rest and refund part of my money. To be fair, they were very responsive, called back and asked me to let them try a higher concentration. So I did and it seemed better for a little while. After the second treatment a month later I again thought they were reduced (better than the first time) but certainly not eliminated. We had the third treatment two days ago. Last night (so the day after) I was outside for less than 10 minutes and was bitten at least 6 times, at one point I looked down and SAW two mosquitoes on me. For us, this was definitely not worth the money and I won't do it again. If I still have to use bug repellent just to be outside, what is the point? I am updating my review to add that upon seeing this Blue Chip contacted me on their own initiative and after a discussion of my concerns they actually refunded all my money since I wasn't happy with the service. While it didn't work for me, that kind of responsiveness (really going above and beyond since they DID provide the service) impresses me, especially in today's marketplace. While I wouldn't do the mosquito service again as it didn't work for us, I would consider using them for something else based on their customer service.

They originally came out to do the work and they gave a 30 day warrenty for the work. After the warrenty expired, I noticed the bugs again. I called them to do a follow up and I felt that they did not do a complete job the first time. When they came back out for the follow up, they charged me for the follow up visit. I believe that there was miscommunication between the phone operator when I spoke to them about this and the technician when he came back out for the follow up.

Easy and no future problems.

Problem turned out to be mice. Blue Chip had a technician onsite within two days and arrived at the appointment time. The technician was AAA+++. If I ever have critter problems in the future, Blue Chip will be my "go to" pest company.

Blue Chip came out, explained why we hadn't gotten rid of them and confirmed that there were probably two of them. They placed poison worms in the right places and explained why they needed to go there. The moles were gone in a couple of days. Blue Chip came back to verify that the problem was taken care of. If we have any more problems within the next year, they will come back for free. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

Professional, nice; seems to work

I contacted the company based on information on Angie's List. I was given a price for 3 monthly spraying to control mosquitoes in my yard. I agreed and scheduled their visit requesting that they call before arrival. I have a dog door and wanted to make sure both dogs were inside and the dog door was closed. On the morning of the appointment the tech arrived promptly at 8 AM with no warning call when I knew only that he would be here sometime in the AM. I had him start in the front so I could take the dogs out and let them in again before he got to the back yard. I would have appreciated the call prior to his arrival. Mosquitoes seem to be controlled. I have seen only few since the spraying. My neighbor wanted me to make arrangements for them to do identical treatment on their yard which is also identical in size to mine. In making arrangements I was given a price $55 cheaper than what I paid for the same service. When I pointed this out I was told I would get a gift card for my recommendation. A couple of weeks later I did. The $10 Quick Trip card was nice and meant I only overpaid by $45. I felt the pricing left a lot to be desired. UPDATE: I rechecked my bill and found I was mistaken about the amount I paid. It was $200. After I had my first spraying I found a coupon which I gave my neighbor. It was for the first spraying and I assumed I could not use it. I believe it was for $30 off so she should have paid less. I didn't ask what she paid. Sorry for the wrong number on my cost. The company worked with me in scheduling the second spraying and also called before the technician arrived. Thanks!

It was fine. I had $25 off. They did what needed to get done. I would use them if my regular pest control people were not available.

They were on-time and friendly! I saw dead bugs a couple of days later. I will use the again.

They are fine but I cannot say they are anything super great.

We use Blue Chip Pest Services twice a year, in spring and fall. We know the guys that do the work and they do a good job. They have a reasonable price. For the price, they do very well.
