Scott and Anthony arrived on time and were very professional and informative. They performed the assessment and provided me with the results and recommendations while they were here. They were very knowledgeable of their products and services and answered my questions without hesitation. When I mentioned a health concern for one family member Scott provided more information including a detailed safety data sheet. The next day I received an email with the detailed results as well as their recommendations for my home and an estimate of the cost. I would recommend Anton's to a friend.

For what they did, it was way too much. Our water heater stopped working. We were getting ready to leave for Thanksgiving, I called them up, I had to pay extra because I had them come out in the evening. They came out, they were punctual, they played around with it. I told them what was going on. They tried to duplicate the problem and I'd turn it on and light the pilot, and every time, it didn't go out when the water heater kicked on. He said well it could be the control valve or the thermo couple. Then we went upstairs and to talk about it some more. Then I went down back downstairs and checked it and the pilot light went out. So I told them and he said it was a control valve. This whole thing took a half an hour at most. He told me I had 2 options, a new control valve or a new hot water heater. He said the water heater would be about $1500 or so. He sent me a bid the next day for the control valve for $680. The pilot light was kind of erratic and I turned it back on and we were able to use it a day before we left. When we came back, it went out again. So, I'm thinking $680 for a control valve, so I got someone else to look at it. He charged me $89 for 2 hours he spent here. He took it all apart and cleaned it and it's worked like a clock since then. So my conclusion, Anton just came out, looked at it and blew it off as a control valve problem and they were gonna charge me almost $700, when all it needed was cleaned out. I've used them several times but after this episode I won't be using them again.

It went well once Anthony arrived. He was courteous, professional and forthcoming about what he was doing. Explained how he would go about confirmed it was indeed the thermostat and no other parts requiring replacement. He did advise me upon completion I should have a couple of parts replaced before they stop working, but by no means was he applying pressure to try an up the sale. I will definitely hire Antons again.

Had to call another company to come in. Ended up that the technician misdiagnosed problem. Fortunately, we did not follow his instructions for a "quick fix" to our problem what would have ended up costing us a lot more money.

I highly recommend Sinak Plumbing. They have done all of my new plumbing and repairs for at least 20 years. They've worked in my parent's home in Affton and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We have all been pleased with Sinak's work. I am so impressed with them that I requested the contractor hired to re-do my kitchen (from studs) use Sinak instead of the plumber he was suggesting. I trust them, they've always been nice, responsive and responsible. They know me, my home and I feel as if their charges are fair. I do highly recommend them—I would never consider another plumbing contractor other than SInak.

Marvelous. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional serviceman was very thorough. With protective show coverings, he always asked for permission to explain the technical and simple issues, recommendations, and additional services. He noticed that my expensive filters were unnecessarily suppressing the air flow and causing shut-offs before the desired temperature was reached, and how fancy floor registers look nice but also impede air flow, and how a basement return duct would also help. $59 per furnace.

We have used Sinak in the past with reasonable response time and reasonable service. Last week despite an immediate need (pipe in lavatory sink sprang a strong leak), we were informed that the first date service would be available was 10 days from day of request. Clearly, this lack of responsiveness takes this company off of our list.

Did a great job also did some other maintenance while they were there. A little pricey but overall worth it.

I have a two story home in he Saint Charles area and we could never keep our upstairs comfortable. Our first thought was our heating and cooling system wasn't sized correctly. After having multiple companies out to give us an estimate, only one of them stood out and had a different approach. Anton's sent out their comfort adviser Scott Moore, he was one time (actually a few minutes early) he was clean cut, and he took his time to listen to what we wanted to accomplish. After he did some air flow readings, and measuring he told us he wanted to perform an energy audit to see what was going on with the duct work and home efficiency. We were hesitant to do this since not one of the other companies recommended it. My husband and I spoke about it and decided to move forward with the audit since Scott seemed really knowledgeable. Scott and Craig (owner of Anton's) came back the very next day to perform the audit. The results came in very shocking, our duct work was leaking about 1/3 of the air, and the home efficiency was poor. Scott design a package that included sealing our duct work, sealing our attic, added insulation, and a new heating and cooling system that was smaller than our previous unit (again we were very hesitant about going with a smaller unit) Wow, after the work was completed our 2nd floor has never felt so comfortable, it is the exact same temperature as our first floor. Our electric bills were less in July than June (July was a hotter month) by about 30%. This company was not the cheapest and they proposed more work than any other company did, but they definitely knew what they were doing. My husband and I could not be any happier, we have already refereed them to a friend and my sister, which both have used them and had about the same scope of work completed. They both are extremely satisfied. I hope to recommend them to many more people and we will be Anton's customer for life. Thanks again for the great experience, keep up the good work!!!!!!!

I’m a 37 year electrical engineer, and it is rare to find young men these days like Jim who are Experts in their field. Details: Called at 7AM, Received afternoon appointment from Lisa (extremely friendly and professional), Received a phone call at 1PM advising that Jim was on his way. Jim arrived on-time. Jim quickly diagnosed the problem with my outdoor HVAC unit, Gave me a Fair proposal which I immediately approved, and within 30 minutes, the job was DONE! Jim checked the temperature difference between our return air and outflow, which measured perfectly. Paid Jim and thanked him for a very professional job. Most Techy Types are not extremely friendly, but Jim was an exception to the rule as well. Slam Dunk, You've GOT to be kidding me....These guys will take great care of your issue. Had a 3-3:30PM appointment that I had to wait 1-2 weeks for. This was reasonable considering their good reviews. My wife and I both took time off of work to accommodate the appointment. Someone tried to call, but every time I answered the phone the call was dropped. I was however able to get hold of someone at the office (314-638-4711) after receiving these calls (between 3-4pm). That person informed me that there was nothing they could do and that I should expect a call from the Manager. The manager called back at 4pm whereby she informed me that they will not be honoring my original appointment and that the only way to get service from them was if I accepted a higher call out charge. I was utterly shocked by their business practices and would caution anyone wanting to use their services.

I had excellent service with Anton’s Air Conditioning and Heating. My technician Jim was respectful of my home and covered his shoes before entering. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained the issue in terms I could understand (none technical language) and addressed all my concerns. My repair was completed in about an hour at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning/heating needs.

They were professional, prompt, and they did not overcharge as some other plumbers have in the past. The work was very well done. I would use them again.

The repairman was very professional and informative. He was right on time also, and I appreciated that. I thought the costs were extremely high. I replaced the igniter--that was over $200. I imagine the part cost one-fourth of that if that much. He quoted me a price of $400 to clean the blower; that's VERY expensive and not something I've been able to do yet. He quoted me another cost of $1,200 to get the ducts cleaned. OMG!!!! Guess I'll never get the ducts cleaned. I've never owned a home, but I don't have this kind of money just laying around. Does it really cost $400 to clean a furnace blower? I'm going to have to check other rates. If duct cleaning is $1,200, I'll never have it done. I can't imagine when I'll ever be able to afford that. I'll get more estimates and return to this review to provide feedback.

I do remember that the plumber pointed out that there was a gas leak. I had to hire a guy to come repair it and when it was done I had to pay lots and lots of money. I'm grateful that the house didn't explode. That was all because of the plumber. Be careful with plumbers. The plumber was the one to put the new piping. The previous owner had the whole house on gas and when I moved in only the stove and the furnace were on gas so there was a lot of extra pipe and that's where the leaks were. So eventually taking all that pipe out was the solution.
