Our technician arrived at 9:26 am and did the maintenance on the heating equipment, which was installed in July of 2015. The technician was done at 10:12 am and recommended a large humidifier as well as an APCO whole home purification system.

Description of Work: THEY GAVE US A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION AND A GREAT ESTIMATE ON REPLACING OUR HVAC SYSTEM WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE MUCH OLDER THAN WE THOUGHT IT WAS. UNFORTUNATELY WE JUST DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. IF WE HAD MOST CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE HAD THEM TO DO THE WORK.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced a defective floor drain, waste, and vent system in the basement; moved a discharge pump, connecting it to the humidifier, and ran a drain line to the new standpipe; relocated and installed a new dishwasher drain line. Work was excellent and completed as promised. We were pleased with how it all went.

Description of Work: I purchased the inspection coupon. Danny at Anton's recommended two items for my air conditioner, which is almost 20 years old, to help us get several more years out of it. He also noticed (totally accurately) that our water heater was 20 years old and falling apart. He was very thorough, and the company was great to work with. We had the work done a week later. The water heater is terrific, and I hope we get five more years from our a/c.

Description of Work: Service was scheduled first thing in the morning to diagnose and address issues with the A/C unit in my loft. The unit was cooling for a certain amount of time or to a set temperature (not the thermostat temperature) and then turning off only to have the fan producing warm air. Once run, the unit wouldn't produce cold air again unless the thermostat was set to off for 6 to 8 hours. | |The technician was later than originally scheduled, but called at the original appointment time to let me know he was stuck in traffic and would arrive as soon as possible. When he arrived, he was very professional and listened intently as I described the issue. Once finished, he was immediately able to list off a number of possible causes and thoroughly explained the process he would go through to properly diagnose the issue. | |The A/C unit in loft condos where I live is sometimes tucked into difficult spots making reaching the unit and diagnosing the problem a bit more difficult, but the service technician, Tony, was extremely thorough and was able to locate the issues in a reasonable amount of time. When he was finished resolving the issues, he explained exactly what the issue was in terms that the average joe with no technical knowledge could understand and also went line by line through the invoice charges. He also very clearly laid out preventative measures that if applied, could help avoid future/recurring issues. | |Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service from Anton's (by far the best service I've received from any in-home appliance service provider). I will absolutely be using their team exclusively for all HVAC needs and have already recommended them to a friend.
