The work was well done and the plumber was polite. There was a discrepancy of the time when the plumber appeared and left and what the office said. I called to ask about the materials listed and the times. They took off 15 minutes. I thought the price was high.

The plumber was on time, professional and competent. He told me that the drain system was a faulty design and that he would have to change the pipe layout to get it to perform better. He said that without major realignment of the vent stack he could not rebuild the drain system to current standards/ideal layout. I instructed him to do the best he could without cutting new holes in the floor and redirecting the stack. He rebuilt the drain system with new PVC pipes and a different pipe layout. The drain has worked fine ever since. I did not receive the bill for several weeks after the service call. I called the office and they said they had not sent it out yet. I received the bill approximately one week later.

Plumber worked quickly and was clean. Sinak sends a bill for the work, so you don't have to pay when the work is done, nor do you know how much you will be charged. Overall, good experience.

Sinak Plumbing made this project as easy as possible for me to go through. Throughout the entire process -- finding that my pipe had collapsed, bidding the job, repairing the whole thing -- each of the servicemen were on time, appropriately dressed, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Tom Sinak priced the job and pointed out that the various feeder lines did not meet code and suggested they be replaced at the same time, which we did. I was very comfortable with the crew who were assigned various aspects of the job. As they progressed, their work was very neat, orderly, and my basement was cleaned up every night before they left. The final product is fantastic. Extremely competent people. I will always hire Sinak again. By the way, my brother who rehabs says the price is good.

This company is very honest. They were quick to respond and perform the work. Have used in the past and will in the future.

They were really fast. They are wonderful. They have very nice service people and are very professional. They are not condescending in any way.

We have used this company before and I checked to see if they were on the list before I called them again. They are always prompt and perform the work required. They also explain in depth what the problem was and how they fixed it. I will continue to use their services.

Someone came out to give us a quote on a repair/remodel job. Weeks went by & we never heard from them. I called & was told they would call back, but they never did. They get excellent ratings on Angie's List, so perhaps they are overloaded with work or our job is too small.

They were friendly, prompt and polite. They were quick workers and did a decent job of cleaning up after themselves. They took away the old toilets, which saved me the trouble of figuring out how to get rid of them. I would use them again.

Excellent service and good price. I called on a Thursday and had service on Friday. The plumber was polite and professional and made suggestions to save me money on repairing existing plumbing. I was very pleased. I will have them do the additional work next month. I am very confident in their service and integrity.

The plumber came within the designated 5-hour time period, called before he came, quickly analyzed the problem, did the work required quickly, and was very polite and courteous. This experience was a definite improvement over the Roto-Rooter guy who ''tried'' to fix the problem last summer, and gave me a song and dance, but really didn't seem to know what he was doing and did not fix the problem.

A very good experience. Mr. Sinak and the other workers were on time and very polite. Having rented an apartment most of my adult life, I had very little prior experience with plumbing, and during the inspection Mr. Sinak was very good at explaining what he saw in terms I could understand. As a result, after the inspection I was comfortable making decisions about how to proceed. I highly recommend this plumbing company, and intend to use them again.

ALTHOUGH IT WAS NO FUN HAVING TO GET THIS STACK REPLACED, SINAK PLUMBING MADE THE EXPERIENCE AN EXCELLENT ONE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MR. SINAK'S COMMITMENT TO INSPECTING THE JOBS HIMSELF. ROB'S WORK SEEMS VERY SOLID AND WE FELT COMFORTABLE HAVING HIM WORK ON OUR BUILDING. THE WORK WAS BEING PAID BY A CONDO ASSOCIATION, SO WE APPRECIATED SINAK'S WILLINGNESS TO INVOICE THE ASSOCIATION RATHER THAN DEMANDING PAYMENT ON THE DAY OF THE JOB. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME WORKING WITH SINAK BUT I CAN SEE WHY THIS COMPANY IS WELL KNOWN IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA. IT DESERVES ITS GOOD REPUTATION.

PRICES WERE REASONABLE. GOOD WORK.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SCHEDULING A SERVICE ON THE PHONE. THEY WERE TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 12 AND 4 THE NEXT DAY. I WAITED AROUND AND FINALLY CALLED AT 3:45. THEY SAID I WAS NEXT ON THE LIST--HE WOULD FINISH ONE MORE JOB AND THEN COME OVER, MAYBE TO DO HALF THE JOB AND FINISH THE REST THE FOLLOWING DAY. SINCE I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THEIR CALLING ME WITH THIS INFORMATION, I SAID ''THANKS BUT NO THANKS.'' I ASSUMED THAT THEY WERE BUSY ENOUGH AND DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. (I THEN CALLED ROTO-ROOTER AND THEY ARRIVED IN ABOUT A HALF-HOUR AND COMPLETED THE JOB BY DINNERTIME FOR A GOOD PRICE.) I DON'T HAVE SO MUCH A PROBLEM WITH THE LATENESS PER SE, BUT IF I HAD KNOWN THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN SOME IMPORTANT ERRANDS DONE. WITH 3 KIDS AND A HUSBAND WHO TRAVELS, I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR PATIENCE FOR COMPANIES WHO DON'T RESPECT MY TIME. ESPECIALLY COMPANIES WHO HAVE A RECEPTIONIST WHO COULD HAVE EASILY CALLED.

PLEASANT & RESPECTFUL. GOT THE JOB DONE IN RECORD TIME. INSTEAD OF HAVING TO PAY ON THE SPOT, THEY BILLED ME.

I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY'S IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. I HAVE ONLY ONE BATHROOM, SO IT WAS CRITICAL TO GET THE TOILET FIXED ASAP! THE REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS MOST HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT BOTH TIMES HE HAD TO COME HERE THAT FIRST DAY, DESPITE HIS FULL SCHEDULE. HE CAME WHEN THEY SAID HE WOULD, WORKED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE PLUMBER WHO CAME TWO WEEKS LATER WAS ALSO ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL, AND HE TRIED VERY HARD TO GET TO THE CLOG IN THE BASEMENT DRAIN. IN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION OF WHETHER THEY COULD MOVE THE WASHER/DRYER AND TEAR UP THE CONCRETE PAD TO GET TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE DRAIN, HE SAID THEY COULD, BUT THAT IF I COULD LIVE WITH THE SMALL LEAK THAT BACKS UP, IT WASN'T SOMETHING SO CRITICAL THAT IT HAD TO BE FIXED. I APPRECIATED THAT INFORMATION, AND OPTED TO LIVE WITH IT UNLESS IT GETS WORSE. IF IT DOES, I WILL CALL SINAK TO FIX IT.

ESTIMATE WAS MADE WITHIN A WEEK OF CALLING AND WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN ANOTHER WEEK. HOWEVER WE WERE GIVEN VERY LITTLE NOTICE OF ARRIVAL OF PLUMBER FOR WORK NEXT DAY. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE AND ACCOMMODATES OUR WISHES TO COMPLETE SOME OF THE WORK ON OUR OWN. REASONABLE ESTIMATE BUT NOT ANY DETAILED ACCOUNTING OF THE PRICE.

I WAS ABLE TO SET UP A CALL SO THE SINAK OFFICE WOULD CALL 15 MINUTES BEFORE HIS ARRIVAL. THE SERVICE MAN ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE DID THE WORK NEEDED PLUS CHECKED ANOTHER DRAIN WHILE THERE. LEFT THE PLACE AS CLEAN AS BEFORE HE ARRIVED.

I WISH EVERY COMPANY WERE AS POLITE, FAST, AND RESPONSIVE AS THIS ONE! THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY REQUEST FOR SERVICE. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS, AND USED A CAMERA AND A SONOR-TYPE DEVICE TO PRECISELY LOCATE THE SEWER LINE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, ARRIVING EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THE GUY SHOWED UP ON THE SAME DAY. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. DID A GREAT JOB IN CLEANING UP THE DRAINS! WE HAD A LOT OF GARBAGE IN THOSE DRAINS WITH KIDS THROWING ALL KINDS OF THINGS INTO THEM!

CALLED THIS PLUMBING COMPANY ON FRIDAY RIGHT AFTER 5PM AND THEY DIDN'T CALL ME BACK AT ALL, NOT EVEN AFTER THE OFFICE REOPENED ON MONDAY. THEY DON'T HAVE EMERGENCY SERVICE.
