When I called in to get an estimate I was told that someone would call me back to set up a time. After 5 days no one had returned my call, so I called again and mentioned that I had called before. This time I got a call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Tom came out with in the week and explained what needed to be done. He mentioned that they did this type of job often and showed me a picture of what is would look like when it was finished. He was very professional and easy to deal with, always returning my calls when I had questions. The work was scheduled to be done within a week of signing the contract. The man who did the work was extremely professional. He kept everything clean, protected my hardwood floors, showed up on time, and did an outstanding job. It looks wonderful and I am extremely pleased. I am very happy I was persistent and called back. I would hire them again if I needed more work done.

Sinak was courteous, prompt, and the same price as Roto Router would have charged; plus they fixed my faucet at no added charge.

The owner promptly came to provide an estimate. Their estimate was high, but they negotiated down. Scheduling to do the job was a little slow, but adequate. The work performed was excellent. The plumber was courteous and professional and did a really good job.

I have had difficulty with an intermittent leak beneath my shower for almost 2 years. Had someone out to look at it several times. Sinak plumbing was the third plumbing company I had used and the most impressive. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly they finally identified and fixed the problem. They were a little slow on the initial estimate, but when I called they sent someone over the same day and the problem was fixed by the next week.

Waited three weeks for an estimate that NEVER HAPPENED. When I called back the third time I was told that the person who does that gets behind giving free estimates. It could be another two weeks.

The actual plumbing work was fine. However, I was upset with the office people. When I made the appointment, I was told I could have an A.M (8-12) or P.M (12-4)appointment. I took the 8 a.m to 12 appointment. I took off 1/2 a day of work to be home. At 11:30 no one had showed so I called the office. I was told the appointment was for all day. I went ahead and took off the rest of the day. At 2:30 p.m I received a call saying the plumber was sick and went home and I would have to reschedule. I told them I wasn't taking off another day of work, and my husband doesn't get home until 2:30 p.m. They said they could make the appointment for after 2:30. That's great, but why wasn't I told that before when I had to either pick A.M or P.M??? The actual work was fine. We gave the plumber the credit card and paid our $100. We later got a bill saying we owed them $100. Had to call and get that straightened out. This was my first ''Angie's List'' company. Very disappointed. Very much so.

THEY MADE A MISTAKE ABOUT THE NEED TO LOCATE THE MAIN WATER VALVE OUTSIDE BUT WHEN ASKED ABOUT IT, LIKE ALWAYS, TOM THE OWNER CAME BACK, LOOKED AT SITUATION AND THIS TIME REDUCED BID PRICE SOMEWHAT SINCE THE WORK WAS ALREADY DONE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT PERFECT, WHO IS? THEY ARE HONEST AND VERY VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE, THEY TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

I placed a call to Sinak's office and requested an appointment on a specific day. The appointment was set and I was told someone would be at my home within a 4 hour window. The plumber arrived during this time, put on shoe covers (my request), and promptly unclogged the drain. He also cleaned the area where he had worked. In addition, he was friendly and very professional. Before he left he told me the amount I would be charged and said a bill would be sent.

I made an appointment on Dec 12 for Dec 15. I asked them to call when on their way. They did so. I was not there when they came, but my roommate was. They reportedly were polite and efficient.

Didn't get the drain opened, despite good effort. The city has a lateral repair insurance program that requires a video tape and a diagram of the problem. Maxwell did that just fine. Basic sewer clean-out is a flat rate of $100 [December 2006] which seems fair. (The video cost a lot more than the $100, but the city requires it for insurance.)

This was about as painless as it could be. Rob worked with us to keep us up and running with all facilities (toilet, sink, and shower) for the time it took to complete the remodel. We were on a tight schedule as we wanted the project finished prior to Thanksgiving. Dave and Dale did an outstanding job in some very tight quarters to install the new tub, toilets, sinks, etc. Mike also did a outstanding job on the plumbing side of this project. In the six days of the project, the mess was kept to a minimum so getting everything ready for Thanksgiving company was easy. We had some problems like a heavy day of rain, power outage for a couple of hours, but they still finished the project on time. We couldn't be happier with the results or the professionalism of all representatives of Sinak plumbing.

Rob worked very fast and with great attention to detail. He was so much more efficient than others. Such an improvement over previous plumbing jobs. He answered all my questions and explained in a way that I could understand. I had to wait a week for my appointment, but it was worth it. He arrived at the exact time planned and was finished within 1.5 hours. The office staff is also very informative and helpful and calls to confirm appointments. Their hourly rate is much more agreeable than others I have used!

Very easy. I called for the appointment; the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The cable man came exactly on time, quickly went about his business and told me the bill would come in the mail, which it did.

The charge was $75/hour, and they were careful to explain that the time required could vary depending on what they found while digging (with shovel-no power equipment). They said they would have someone out within a week or so and ended up only taking a couple of days to respond (this was not an emergency). No problems were encountered, and the man they sent out was personable and knowledgeable. Work ended up taking about 3 hours, plus the cost of the new column. I was satisfied with the work and cost.

It went VERY well. The plumber was very careful to keep our rog covered with drop cloths, as well as covering the kitchen floor. It was a pretty dirty job. The quality and speed in which the job was done was EXCELLENT. He even repaired something that broke off when he was trying to repair the main basement pipe. I have found my plumbing company!

They had a quick response. Work was done well.

I called and left my number. I waited a week and no one called me back.

Max was a cheerful, friendly guy who did and thoroughly successful job, doing whatever it took to open these drains. Pleasant experience, good price.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with Sinak Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful and the work was finished quickly at a reasonable rate. The plumber was very personable and worked quickly and cleanly to get the job done. I also liked the fact that I didn't have to pay for the service immediately. While I was prepared to pay the plumber that day, the delayed payment allowed me extra time to ensure that the work was done correctly before making payment.

Great job. Would hire for future work. They explained things to me about the leak and made a few suggestions as to the cause and what my next steps should be. They also came out within a few days to install the new faucet. Good price and customer service.

A man came out yesterday and said that he didn't have time to fix the leak. He was very negative and critical. He returned to the office to have someone else come out today. I was told that someone may or may not come out, and someone actually did. This gentleman was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem and said it wasn't as bad as it looked. I don't know the final charge, but approximately a charge of $85 per hour plus the materials and service charge. In the future, I would specifically ask for the gentleman that came out today.

Sinak was wonderful. The estimator arrived right on time and prepared a professional bid, I received in the mail the next day. Once I returned the signed contract, I was contacted immediately and the work was scheduled within days. The plumber arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. I suddenly have amazing water pressure in my shower and it looks good too. The area was cleaned up, after the work was completed as well.

They were prompt and did a good job!

They were able to come out the day after I called, were prompt and quick. Turns out we could have cleared the clog if we had known what we were doing. The service rep showed us how to do it in the future. Great service!

The price was reasonable. The plumber came within the time I was told, he was very nice and thorough. After speaking with him I felt very confident he had identified the problem. It was a much more pleasant experience than with plumbers in the past! What a Relief to finally find someone I like and trust in such an important field!!
