They are very busy and hard to get them to come out and do work. They do do a good job when they do come over and do the work. They are always on time.

The experience went very well. It was a very reasonable charge. It was nice to be using a local business. He was very professional. He was able to get to me right away.

Excellent work by Sinak. We have used them for plumbing work and repairs for several years, and we are always pleased with the quality, price and the helpfulness of the plumbers. In this case, we had a sewage ejector pump in our basement that had been intermittently having problems. Sinak came out a couple of times over the course of a year and both times got it working again. They were trying to save us money by not having to replace the pump. However, it finally failed completely, so they came right out and replaced it. Having used several plumbers in the area, Sinak is the best we've ever had.

They performed the work as they described they would and the service went very well.

Faucets are ok. Temp. turned up on water heater. Drain shutoff installed was an entirely different design from original. I pointed out that the tub still wouldn't hold water while he was still here...it just leaked out. At this time he said what he installed might not work and I might have to look for a plug at the hardware store. He reported to the company that he advised me there was no guarantee on this repair. If he had told me that BEFORE I incurred the expense of parts and labor I would simply have purchased a cheap plug. I complained to the company. They spoke to the plumber and then told me to fix it properly would be an additional cost of approx. $400.00 in labor for two men, plus undisclosed cost for parts. Pretty expensive drain plug, wouldn't you say? Haven't received bill on service already provided so can't answer part of the second section, report could be worse when I do.

They were able to send a tech out quickly. Service was fast and professional. The only problem came with payment. The tech called in my husband's credit card to take care of the billing, but it was never processed. We received a rude phone call at 4:40 on a Friday afternoon saying that we hadn't paid our bill. She argued with me about whether or not my husband had given the tech his info. They need to get that part of their service outsourced. We had a great experience with them until we had this unwarranted impolite phone conversation. My husband was less than thrilled, but we will probably give them another chance in the future.

Very well. Plumber was on time, polite, personable, answered all questions directly and discussed options and reasons in detail. Job was done right and area was clean at conclusion.

Our sewer drain in the basement started backing up over the weekend when ever a large amount was put down one of the drains in the house. Simple chemicals and do-it your self snaking did not work. So, first thing monday morning, after consulting Angie's List, my wife called Sinak Plumbing about coming out that day. No firm time was given, but they ended up coming out early afternoon. The Sinak representative who came out was very friendly to my wife, showed respect to our house (i.e. no messes made), and clearly explained what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. The work was down quickly ( 1 hour) and the drain has worked great since. Highly recommmend!

Plumber came promptly to replace an outside faucet shut off valve and found that the main shut off valve wasn't holding. So he had to shut off the water at the street and also replace the main shut off valve. He did a good job and was neat. We did describe the work needed during the initial call but did not get an estimate at that time - we failed to ask and an estimate was not offered.

They are friendly and reliable. They clean up after themselves when they are done. They really know their stuff!

Not much to tell. The plumber came and cleaned out a clogged drain. They always do a great job and clean up after. He even showed concern for my pets, since there was some residual water-mixed with some Draino on the floor.

I have worked with Bob for years- I wouldn't consider going to anyone else!

I'm not sure what all it entailed as I wasn't the one home at the time of the repair. I was very satisfied with the work performed. The price was reasonable and the staff seemed to be very knowledgeable. They weren't hard to schedule an appointment with and were prompt when they arrived. We haven't had any more problems with our air conditioning unit.

I have called them twice already and they did a good job both times. We could schedule an appointment easily. They came when they said they would, and they finished quickly. I was not here, but my husband was very pleased with the way they left things.

Great. They were very professional. They told me their opinion and then the cost, were fast, and thourough. It wasn't just one person who seemed professional, but four different people and two I had to deal with on the phone.

The plumber arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient. He had already been told the problem, made a quick assessment that the lack of water pressure in the shower head was likely because of an obstructed water saver, and corrected the problem in less than twenty minutes.

My entire experience with Sinak Plumbing was excellent. The person I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was courteous and friendly. The gentleman who performed the work was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I ve hired Sinak numerous times over the years with acceptable but not great work being done, however this last problem has turned into a nightmare. I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to solve a problem with a leak in the master bath. I have a tremendous amount of water damage due to a misdiagnosis by Sinak plumbers, and some undiagnosed problem leaks as well. Several different plumbers from within Sinak have tried to solve the problem but different plumbers have said different things yet they want me to spend thousands of dollars repairing a "leak" that two of their plumbers never found. Phone calls are not being returned. The customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered in my 19 years as a home owner. Angie in the office has to be the rudest person on earth. She never sent me my contract -3 weeks after Sinak put a big hole in my ceiling- and then was rude to me when I was upset at the "oversight" and said it would be a few weeks before someone could get back to me!

We asked for repair to pipes and a good solution to an open drain that in the past had flooded our basement in massive rains. Mr. Sinak offered a couple of solutions and then estimated on our choice. When the time came to do the work, they discovered an unprofessional fix had already been attempted by former owners. Mr. Sinak called me to tell me how he wold prefer to repair and finish the job, but left it up to me. The additional and legally correct repair meant another $1000. I felt Mr. Sinak's honesty and integrity gave me the chance to have a sump pump and a well as well as a new stack that will prevent further flooding and allow me to sell the home honestly repaired up to code. I chose to have the work done correctly even though it cost more.
