I have used them for 20 years and I have been very satisfied with their service. They come promptly and complete the job. I have never had any problems with any job that they have done. The price that they charge seems reasonable, but I really haven't compared it with other plumbers.

I was not able to reach the faucet to do it myself. The quality of their work was excellent. They made sure that everything was right and they double-checked everything. They had installed a bathroom sink and faucet prior to this job. Their price was okay, as I did not ask for any other quotes. They did the job in relatively short time.

We have green heating and cooling, 2 air-conditioners, and 2 furnaces. They are very prompt and very courteous. They have the same guy come out every time and we have gotten to know him very well. They do a real good job.

Great service. I called, asked for same day service, and their guy was here in a couple hours. Very professional, courteous, did a fine job. I have used them before for a clogged drain, great company.

I was very happy with Sinak for this job, They came out quickly and made the suggestion to install the clean-out door for the gutter. They were courteous and professional and did top quality work. I did have a little sticker shock on the price of the clean-outs (in retrospect, I should have pressed more for an estimate on the price). I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We had an intermittent rotten egg smell coming from our upstair a/c vents. The first plumbing company said it was a dead animal. Sinak came out and first cabled the drains and when that turned up with no answers, the gentleman (Matt) called the office for further opinion. Through really listening to our "symptoms" and putting the pieces of the puzzle together they discovered our newly installed attic furnace was draining into our vent stack with no 'p-trap' so the air was being pulled into our furnace and blowing throughout our upstairs. Another impressive piece of the story was when it came to installing the p-trap they were concerned with the ability to get the appropriate amount of water in the trap but recalled an area in our bathroom (while on the phone) that would be the solution.

When reworking tub handles the glass tile was broken, plumber said he was going to stop and leave well enough alone which we agreed to. Installed the faucet in the sink and did a nice job. Even though work was done on 5/22, bill didn't come till July 3rd. Bill was not itemized by either labor or parts. We felt the charge of 375.00 was excessive for a faucet only. When we asked the office for a reduction in price and itemized bill they were very rude. When we eventually got an itemized bill on July 14 they had a note on our bill that it was past due. We then sent the balance due.

They were very professional and I was very comfortable with them from the time they came. They were very sincere and honest about their estimate. There was some miscommunication from our side about the scheduling, but they were able to accommodate our work. They finished the remodeling for three bathrooms in just five days before the thanksgiving. The workers were very neat, very clean and cleaned everything after they are done for the day. It was an unbelievable experience and I was very happy with their service.

I called Sinak Plumbing to make an appt for the above repairs, and they were able to schedule it for two days later. As promised, their office called me the day of the appt. to say the plumber was on his way, and he arrived a little later. I showed him the two items needing to be fixed, and he went to work on them, and was finished and left in about 30 minutes. As always, the plumber was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up the areas when he was done. I thought the charge for their service was reasonable.

I had to call them back more than once. I was not very happy with their service. I've had mixed experiences with them. I have had a couple of good experiences; it's not easy for me to know what is their fault and what isn't.

Plumber arrived 2 hrs after appt. time. The service was exactly what I was told it would be; unfortunately while I knew I would have to clean up in my basement, I didn't know to expect a mess at my front yard drain which was what was pulled from the drain, and the plumber didn't mention it. So it was not discovered until the next morning when I couldn't address it and therefore had an unsightly pile of toilet waste on display. He also quoted a price that I would be billed and when I received the bill, it was higher.

Found that there was a bigger problem under the basement floor, possibly collapsed pipe. They cleaned the line as much as possible and set up a time for another person to come out an give quote.

They offered me a rebate on the price, and they treated me nicely. I had to have some minor adjustments made. The service guy that covers my area gave me his personal card and cell phone number, and I can call him directly. I didn't have to go through the office if I didn't want to.

All they did was to correctly install the shower. The experience with them from the moment they walked in the door to the moment they walked out was excellent. They were on time, were professional, and they knew what the problem was right away with the shower. I was unable to figure it out by my self.

Called Sinak Plumbing on a Wednesday morning. Told the receptionist that my basement drain had been backing up with laundry water when I did the laundry. My husband and father-in-law had tried to clean the drain with rented equipment with no luck. The receptionist asked if someone could come by that day, probably before 4pm--she would call back with a more accurate time. I said yes. Within 15 minutes she had called back and said she had someone in the area that could be there in 30 minutes, was that okay. I said yes. Max was there within 20 minutes. He looked at the basement, asked me some questions, then asked for the outside drain access. He saw water in the line and said the sewer needed to be cabled. My husband and I are thrilled! Sinak was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We unfortunately wasted a lot of time trying to fix it ourselves. From now on for a drain backup we'll just call the professionals first.

It went very well. They got everything fixed that needed to be fixed and everything should be fixed. Their services technicians are just extremely courteous and always respectful. They are always careful not to track in on your carpet. They are just all very respectful.

Sinak is superb! In short order they cleared the drain and it has been flowing great ever since. No need to tear into the wall after all!

Their professionalism was the biggest thing that stuck out to me. Their price was also very good and the convenience of working with this company was really good.

Owner and assistant (Rob) came for quote. Seemed to eyeball the whole job and gave a good quote. David was very efficient. Took about 3 full days of work. No problem scheduling.

We have nothing but the highest regard for their honesty and their ability. We trust them to the point where we have given them a garage door key so that they can come in of their own accord to take care of things. I have been very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Their bid was in the mid range of bids, but we decided not to take it. I was surprised that a company that I had used previously, would quote one of the highest prices.

The plumber was prompt and did a thorough job. Had to do some follow-on work on a leaking connection, but it was no problem.

I really like this company. They are very responsive. They do a great job clenaing up after themselves. They offered me several options on different units, which was very convienent.

I thought it was great that he gave us tips on replacing the toilet. He was very informative and helpful, but not pushy.
