I called & no one answered for nearly two minutes. Alll this time waiting I was forced to listen to music which I found annoying. I don't know why we can't just have peace & quiet while we wait or select our own entertainment. I would much have preferred to continue listening to my NPR radio program. I have decided that the only way to combat this annoyance is to speak out. Usually my complaint is graciously accepted & agreed with by the receptionist. This time I was answered with "but that is Christian music. The owner himself put that on." I was very much taken aback by such an un-professional response from a business representative so I told the woman I was not interested & hung up. I realized that, although I could not completely understand the lyrics of the waiting music, it occasionaley sounded like it was telling me how to live my life. I am a very senior person & have been happy with my religious beliefs. If I want a sunday school lesson I can go to the church of my choosing for that. I consider the response of this company highly un-professional . I was offended & do not wish to do business with the self-righteous who want to impose their beliefs upon others. I do not like Jesus Christ used in that way.

They were good. There had been some issues, but they always made good on them at their expense. They seem to be good people who stand behind their work. When there are problems they will make them good. Their professionalism and clean up was all good. Their price is somewhat high. We won't be using them again because we have moved.

If we have any problems they come right out. Their service and prices are excellent. We would absolutely use them in the future.

Great. They are extremely reliable...that is what matters to me! I trust them in my house if for some reason I am unable to be here...that is how much I love them.

I don't trust a service man who is also a salesperson. I felt cornered and am glad I looked further.

Sinak will be my first choice next time I need plumbing services.

They?ve been our plumber for many years. I?m very picky about who comes to the house but they are great and I love them.

They come right away and their prices were reasonable. They were very neat and clean as well. In no time he tracked down the problem and had it fixed.

The plumber who came was great - very conscientious and knowledgeable. I gather the Sinak crew specializes in older houses rather than new ones. I'd definitely go with these guys again.

Sinak always does a great job at a fair price. Their workers are really nice and treat you well. The work has been completed timely (same day or next day each time). They are my go to plumber when ever I have an issue.

Sinak was terrific. This job would have cost substantially more if they had to break up the tile on the bathroom floor or if they had to put a whole in my kitchen ceiling. Instead they were able to access the pipe by removing a kitchen cabinet and exhaust fan. It was a very tight space to work in, but they did it.

I have used Sinak Plumbing for years and I call them whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Always on time, professional, very knowledgeable and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

They came over to our house to see what we needed. We were very pleased with them but we went with another company. My husband worked with an independent contractor who was doing some other stuff on our house at that time. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Their service was very good. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Smooth and quick. I already knew what the problem was and I simply wanted them to complete the repair.

Their estimator came and looked at the problem and suggested a way to save money and time.

They did good work and we don?t have any complaints. The hardware we bought didn?t quite fit and so they did some kind of a fix around that. They were pretty good about that.

They came out the next day after I called them. They showed up on time, performed the service as requested and billed me exactly what they said it would cost. Professionalism was high, the plumber was well dressed and well spoken. I was very happy with the service.

Quick, same day response. The plumber diagnosed the problem easily and then cleared the drain. He explained what he was doing (ie location of drain was not the same as the backup) and why. I have had no problems since that time.

I called for an appointment and was able to have someone come fix the leak the next day. The plumber showed up promptly and replace the corroded pipe. It was over a month though before we received the invoice for the work. I gave them a B instead of an A for overall experience because of the length of time it took to receive the invoice. That might not be a concern for some people however.

Very poor experience in several areas. They failed to honor their 30 day warrranty on labor, claiming a techinicality that my real estate agent's name was on the invoive even though the work was only done 2 weeks prior. Then, I discovered that they bill you for time that isn't even spent working inside your house. Basically, they bill you as soon as the driver parks the car. In my case, this involved the plumber smoking a cigarette in his car on arrival, walking up the driveway, up to the bedrrom, unscrewing my showerhead, turning the water on and off a couple times, screwing the showerhead back on, walking downstairs to write a few notes, walking down the driveway into his car, then getting on the phone and smoking another cigarette before he left. So, in other words, the warranty was not honored, and I was charged 35 minutes worth of "work" for ten actual minutes of work. Their bill arrives via mail one month after the visit. I'm not sure why they can't just give you a bill prior to their departure, other than it allows them more time to bill for the plumber to leave the house and also customers probably remember less details about time spent working so they are able to get away with it. I tried to call them to resolve this dispute amicably; however, they were very rude and actually insulted me on the phone. Angie who works the phone is particularly beligerent. Ironically, she told me that they could not diagnose over the phone but then she nsulted me by telling me that I should have known that the showerhead was the problem, not the valve! just by the info I supplied. I asked to speak with the owner but he would not return my phone calls. Finally, I filed a complaint with the BBB and this is currently being processed, awaiting response from Sinak Plumbing. I would not recommend this company as there are many other ones out there that seem much more honest. At least most of the companies out there tell you there will be a set fee for diagnostic services rather than a by the minute fee schedule.

We were happy with their work and they were priced competitively. They were knowledgeable and helped with information to reduce the cost of the repair. They were prompt.

This is our second time around with Sinak, and we found them to be very professional and competent. The gentleman worked on the outside of the house, snaked the luger through several drains before identifying the problem. Then he unclogged it. On the inside, they quickly removed the faucet that had pretty much fused to the pipe, and changed the washers. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the place clean.

The carpenters did a great job. They were very punctual and precise. The work was quality and the estimate was exact. There were a few items they were able to accommodate without issue. They were a pleasure to work with.

We have used Anton's for annual furnace and air conditioning service and repair since we moved to the area in 2001. They are always on time, professional and do a terrific job.
